I was at the store and the ones listed on the coupon are not on sale according to the shelf tags. Did you get the other types and the coupon still worked?

Why not contact support first? They may offer an account credit (it sounds like they screwed up the offer description/terms).

It never showed in my Pending transactions and I never received any confirmation I’d redeemed the offer but $20 showed up yesterday.

wonder if diff accounts get a diff deal. mine says you get $10 promo code to Lyft by visiting a Xfinity store.

If I send someone money, PayPal charges 2.9%. I get 5% Discover Cashback, which is profit of 2.1%. Is that right?? Am I missing something?

Thanks for the data point. Did you ask why the $10 promo didn’t get credited? FWIW, I’d have the promo website ready on my phone in case it prompts them to manually apply the $10 off. Did you just join Prime for this promo or were you already a member? Also, if you were already a Prime member, have you ever used your barcode in store for one of their previous $10 off Promos? TIA.
