Most of the qualifying products are from Anadalou (about 20). Sukin only has 3. I mostly got the Andalou hand lotions (1000 Roses and Vanilla Mandarin) as that is something we might actually use.

The large sides for $3.50 don’t look any too big. Almost look like individual sides. I passed on those and just got two chickens for $7 plus tax, which is the best deal out of all of the options IMHO. They made me come nearly two hours later to pick up though.

If you are an Office Depot rewards member, you can use your rewards to buy postage stamps (tax free, of course). I have accumulated over $1,500 in stamps by doing that.

Even though 9 stores closed in California, my local store survived this round of cuts (This is reminding me of Sears and K-Mart closures.) Off topic, but I was in a Kmart the other day, the only one left open in the entire county, and what they have done is close the periphery areas of the store and consolidate all the merchandise into the center area. They did that because before when i was in there several months ago they had many empty shelves, so now they are making the store look more fully-stocked by consolidating the items they still have available.

There are two ways to check: 1) you can download the Rite Aid app on your phone and when you click on Bonus Cash it will say how many days left before your BC expires and 2) you can call or chat with Rite Aid customer service (1-800-RITE-AID).

BC expires at 6 am the day it expires, so if customer service says it expires January 25th for example, for all practical purposes, it expires on January 24th.

$15 BC wys $50 coupon is confirmed working on RIte Aid gift cards.

It has been confrimed by clipandshare over on sd that the coupons do NOT work on Kohl’s gift cards (variable or fixed amount cards). Would have been nice if they did though because the Kohl’s card is giving $8 BC back on a $50 card, so with the $15 BC wys $50 coupon that would have made it $23 BC back on a $50 card had it worked.

I use GoodRx. Last night I filled a prescription at Rite Aid that Rite Aid wanted $24.99 for, but with GoodRx it came to only 7.88. Great way to get a discount for meds when not having or using insurance. GoodRx is completely free to use and get discounts. Better than the Walmart deal you posted as you don’t have to wait for it to come in the mail a week later but can go to any pharmacy and get it right away.

On a side note, when I was there I saw Walmart’s brand refrigerated whole pizzas. I tried an extra large Supreme one for $6.57 and it was pretty good. Much better than Sam Club’s pizza. That’s for sure. And there was no tax on it like there is when you buy the pizza from a pizza chain.

Wow. I live in central Orange County, CA. So it looks like no Sears store in Orange County, but there is still a lone K-Mart hanging on on Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. I guess since the Sears in Long Beach is also closing, the nearest open Sears stores would be in Los Angeles. There is no way I will travel that far to go to Sears. I wouldn’t even travel to Orange most of the time. Sears really has nothing to offer that interests me anymore. I rarely go to the Kmart on Harbor Blvd either unless I am shopping for their short-fated food items. I live by the Sears that shuttered at South Coast Plaza 1/1/19 (over TWO YEARS AGO) and there is STILL nothing there to take its place.

The rebate offer runs through 3/31/21, but this week is an extra good week to do the rebates as there is a $3/1 in-ad coupon this week. Great way to monetize BC and use up RA gift cards.
The cheapest razors in my store that qualify for the in-ad are $7.49 …might be $6.99 in other stores though since mine is a higher-priced store.

Guess this is a little challenging if you have Gold, plus the $3 coupon drops the price down to $3.99-$4.99 even w/o Gold. So how do you qualify for the rebate then?

I guess an easy solution would be buy a more expensive razor, The price I listed in my post was for the CHEAPEST coupon qualifying razor. Another option would be go to a more expensive store and that should at least 50 cents to the cost of the razor. Another solution would be use a card that has no discount and if you don’t have one like that, apply for one for a family member or your pet. Perhaps another YMMV option would be to have the cashier adjust the price to the regular shelf price and choose to forego your discount (I read that is what some people were doing last week to get the free Red Bull coupon to work).

I got the teriyaki flavor on two accounts. Nice freebie. An overpriced $5.99 regular price.

The answer is yes, they use the same register system. You choose the item you want to get at the in-store Starbucks counter and then enter your phone number and then the discount should come off. Sometimes J4U gives me $5 off $5 for anything in the store. I much prefer that coupon, but $5 off $5 at the Starbucks counter is good, too. Only some of the Vons stores have Starbucks cafe’s in them, so you may want to go online and check (store locator and then look at the full list of services provided) or call before going if you are not sure if the location you want to go to has one or not.

Also as reported on sd:

Starbucks drink over $5 works with coupon… Don’t use Starbucks cards to pay for the difference. It ended up charging the whole amount. I had to go to customer service to get the $5 back.

I bought the Banana Bread slice (3.25), it did not come off, so I add the scone (2.75), and 2.75 come off. I think minimum is $5 dollars total and it takes off the lowest price item.

Impossible breakfast sandwich priced at $5.25 did not work.
Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich $5.25 worked.
Another breakfast sandwich worked but I don’t have the exact one right now. Will update as soon as I hear back from a family member.

@MrVietnam From a tax law perspective, I’m not really sure the payments from Ebates/TCB etc and various rebates that pay you via Paypal (think some of the beer rebates that are posted here) fall under ‘payment of goods/services’. Rebates are not considered income as you’ve already paid for the good or service you are getting this money on.

I realize you covered it above, but I’d sure hope PAYPAL has a way of flagging payment sources as other versus paying you for goods and services. It would be a nightmare trying to get that straightened out if a $500 Ebates payments caused you to get one of these forms along with your smaller $15 rebate deposits from rebates and the like.

By the way, I think EBAY stopped using paypal and deposits funds from sales directly into your bank account now if I’m not mistaken.

PayPal most likely cannot differentiate the transaction. So any redemption above $600 through PayPal probably will trigger it regardless of whether it is taxable.

They must have fixed the glitch. Now I do not believe it has to be a single $5+ item, but rather any amount of items that add up to at least $5. I did the offer twice (on two J4U accounts). One time I got a $2.65 blueberry muffin and a $2.45 chocolate chip cookie and the $5 discount came off leaving me to only pay a dime. The next order I got 2 brownies for $2.95 each and the $5 came off and I only had to pay 90 cents OOP. Actually the brownies were marked as being $2.75 each, but rang up at $2.95 each, so I paid an extra 40 cents due to their pricing mistake. The cashier said there was nothing she could do about it, but the manager came in an hour or two. I thought not worth the trouble just for 40 cents.
