Where did you see that? I opened Edge and went to the shopping section but it wasn’t there.

Anyone do this one? https://cheers.guinness.com/en/3779/offer
I ate a restaurant and bought a Guinness and submitted it on Saturday night. It was odd because it wouldn’t let me change the state from California and I tried multiple browsers/mobile/laptop but I submitted it anyway and it’s now past 48 and nothing. I did sent them a support message, but it’s odd because they have been very quick to pay out.
Got the money today. Yay for free beer!

@mtnagel I was too cheap to gamble on that one
Well we were already planning on eating at this restaurant and they didn’t really have a great beer selection, but they had a $7 Guinness, so seemed like a no brainer. Actually this is free money from the InKind/Amex deal last year so even if I don’t get the rebate, the beer was still free

I did just get a fast payout on the Heineken $20 rebate on a 12-pack or larger of beer and $75 worth of groceries
I wish they didn’t exclude OH, but I’m still working on my better than free Red Stripe from last year.

@ctgolfer Give them all your info, submit, THEN they tell you not accepting new entries
That sucks. It seemingly went through for me this morning.

Here’s a tip that may help some of you!
There are a number of restaurants that triple dip on UPSIDE, SWAG and TMOBILE DINING REWARDS. TMO Dining rewards pay double on Tuesdays (10% vs 5%).
I knew I was going out for a pricey dinner at one establishment on a Friday night, so on Tuesday, I dropped by (was in the area anyway) and purchased a $100 GC. I got back 20% on the GC between 10% TMO, 6% UPSIDE and 4% Swag. plus 1.25% on my Visa. $100 GC cost me $78.75 net.
Now, some local restaurants like this run promos on GC at Xmas time, and if they do, I intend to use the Tuesday trick to stack with the promo they are running (say $10 bonus on $50 or $20 on $100 GC)
There’s also Dosh, but that’s new to me and have gotten a couple credits, but can’t cash out yet.
There’s also Rakuten dining, but it’s the same company running it as Tmo dining, so when you add a CC to one, it removes it from the other. Tmo is great when they had a $10 sign up bonus, which I took advantage of twice, and the Tuesday 10% back is better than Rakuten, which is always 5%, if you’re going out on a Tuesday, but I think I’ll mostly stick with Rakuten since they pay out on a regular basis vs having to wait to reach $10 in Tmo dining, which could take us awhile without another big bonus.
Dosh is a joke IMO, they dropped Office Depot which was my only reason for signing up for them to start with. I’ll take a look at their dining offers (who participates) and see if it’s worth my time.
I also got the $10 sign up bonus on TMO, as for using Rakuten over TMo, that 5% bonus on Tuesday justifies the wait for me and I am going to start doing the gift certificate/card deal on Tues to places locally I dine at, so I can use them any day of the week. For instance, have a local Pizza place we go to at least 3x a month spending about $20-30 each visit with tax. So I may get 2 x $25 and 3 x $20 Gift Cards in one shot on Tuesday, pay $110, get back $11 from TMO alone and it’s over $10, cashes out, and I can use them any day of the week. Barely 2 months worth, rinse/repeat when they are used up.
That’s cool if you can save money on something you would do anyway, but we just don’t eat out like that and the 5-20% savings combining multiple programs isn’t enough to justify eating out more often. The biggest benefit I get from these are there are some local breweries on there that we would go to even without a discount and some I might drop $100-200 on special beer releases, so even 5% off is a nice bonus on something I would do anyway. And there is one local brewery/restaurant/taproom that regularly has 20-30% off in Upside in addition to the other apps and they have rewards through Toast Tab so we save a lot of money there!

https://m1.com/save/high-yield-savings-accounts/I got an email from M1 today and I guess it’s because I signed up from this thread. Looks like they are launching at 5%, which is good, if there is really going to be a $125 annual membership fee as the post above says, then probably not worth it.
Exciting news,
Today is the first day of the M1 High-Yield Savings Account rollout. In the coming weeks, you’ll get an invitation to open your account. And we have a big update…
M1 Plus members get 5.00% APY1
All other clients get 1.50% APY1 on their balance. And with so much room for your savings to grow, we’ve taken extra steps to make sure your money is secure.

RE: Upside promo codes
Finally found a code that works! “Perksatwork230” for 30 cents off a gallon for next 2 fillups. Whatever code I had before was giving me 12-13 cents off, so now I’m seeing 42-43 cents off. Better than nothing.
