They made it very clear that the programs are mutually exclusive when WM cash began. I never linked my WM and iBotta accounts because I prefer iBotta $ to WM cash. There was recently a notice on iBotta that linking to WM was experiencing difficulty and it was taking longer than usual for things to track. So someone could try using a linked account and scanning as well to see what happens.

Have to see them up close. There are markings on genuine ones to distinguish from fakes. The price in itself is an indication.
Using fakes means USPS doesn’t get the money and contributes to the need to increase postage rates.
OTH, if @MrVietnam were the seller I’d trust him 'cuz I know where those stamps come from.😃
