For some reason Topcashback never tracks for me for Office Depot purchases, but RetailMeNot does. I did the last $5 bonus cashback offer and never got it because the cashback was never reported from office Depot.

TCB is very hit and miss, I have had many TCB offers not get credited and their CS more often than not isn’t helpful.

I have had much better luck with retailmenot nd their customer service is very good, too.

@mrvietnam Topcashback is bogus cashback. My last five from December and January are not even pending or declined.

Other than last month’s $3 bonus offer which is already fixed, I don’t remember having any issue. Almost $400 cash back since 2015.

@c3 Same here. Definitely not as fast or dependable as RMN, but they’ve come through on some big payouts for me as well.
I did notice on this offer they’ve added this in boldface in the terms:

TCB us one of the best cash back sites in my experience. They tend to have some of the highest rates, bonus offers notwithstanding. Very few errors or disappointments that weren’t resolved fairly quickly. My $3 bonus from a similar promo about a month ago did not track as quickly as it should have, but did show up eventually. I believe I have had only one transaction out of dozens that did not get reported in my six years of using TCB.

@mrvietnam With RMN if an order doesn’t track, you send them the e-mail confirmation, and the cashback will be updated, with TCB, I’m paraphrasing here, the CS will usually say sorry, there’s nothing we can do about it, and you thus clicked through TCB with nothing to show for it, when you at least could have received CB by clicking through another CB affiliate.
