This is exactly what I was told a couple of hours ago. Ours are both franchises, and do NOT have to abide by any Walmart coupons (their words exactly). So yes , it should be YMMV.

FWIW I’ve been refilling my cleaner bottle @ WM for 20 years. I have a similar bottomless bottle from Costco optical. (no membership req in Illinois) My glasses, laptop screens, and car mirrors are always minty fresh.
