DD offers have overall been lacking in value this year IMO, but this one is pretty good. I’ll wait to get my muffin until next Monday. In my area, there continues to be an ongoing deal for 100 bonus points for ordering ahead on Mondays.

I really lucked out, the entire month of August I had an offer to get a $2 any sized hot/cold drink after 12noon 1x a day. Went about 13x in August, most I’d ever gone. Love the cold brew (got a large), now I’m back to the measley offers again, but like you will get the Muffin on monday. BTW, their Coffee Cake Muffin is outrageously good, my favorite.

Good deal. The donuts at my DD are sooo disappointing so I stopped buying donuts and instead buy muffins. Unfortunately my DD often runs out of muffins – I guess they are pretty popular.

@yoregano I was going to use my mobile app to order the muffin today (to get the bonus pts), but muffins aren’t on my app menu. Muffins are normally on my app menu so I think they intentionally removed it. (Since I was going to DD anyway, I purchased the muffin in-store. I ordered something else to get the bonus pts.)

Yes, they normally sell muffins at my DD and I have ordered them via the app in the past. And today they did have muffins in stock – I went inside the store and bought one (coffee cake). I’m guessing they removed the muffins from the app to discourage people from only paying $1 and getting the 100 bonus points.

I doubt that. They always have some kind of deal going on and I’ve never had an issue with buying a deal item and getting bonus points. It worked just fine for me today. Bonus points or no bonus points, they want you to buy whatever they sell. Check tomorrow and see if it’s back. Maybe it was a glitch, kind of like the Whopper game disappearing from the BK app for a while today for some of us.

Yes, it could have been a glitch. All I know is (1) the muffin wasn’t available on MY app for purchase and (2) the store wasn’t OOS cause I bought one in store.
DDs are scarce in my area – the next DD is a good 20 miles away. So it’s not like I can easily go to another DD if I don’t like this one. (My DD charges $7.50 for the “$6 Meal Deal” . I guess they charge more because they can. The bagel sandwich was pretty good though.)
