$40 Amazon, Visa, or Target Gift Card (your choice) for testing the new Hyundai Kona
Here’s how I got the offer. I googled Hyundai Kona, from there went to their web site and from there I believe I went to compare models. If you have trouble this was the link that hit:
https://www.hyundaiusa.com/kona/comparison.aspx

Thanks OP. We’re actually in the market for a new car.
FYI, I clicked on the link you provided and immediately the offer popped up. You can also choose which model you’re interested in testing; there was nothing that said it was limited to the Kona.

I need to wear a disguise … I do this every year.
-
Wasting a salesman’s time!!!
Pretty damn lowlife of you.

Hyundai was very nice to me. I didn’t keep track as closely as I probably should have, but evidently the last time I came in for a test drive offer was back in November 2017 (only 5 months ago, not 6), but they still gave me the $40 Amazon gift card and when I got home from the dealership it was sitting in my e-mail inbox. Wahoo!

I can beat that. I do it TWICE a year with no disguise.

Offer did not come up on my browser. This link says “to get offer click on green box to left” but no green box

I went to Tuttle Click Hyundai in Irvine on Monday, still no gift card yet.

Is the per household limit at one dealership or the whole country? I seem to remember my wife doing hers less than 6 months after mine at different dealership.

If you could do them at different dealerships and not have to wait six months, you could really clean up on offers like these.

I contacted the fulfillment company because Tuttle Click Hyundai didn’t send me my gift card. The guy is able to look up my previous Hyundai test drive promotions. At the end, he told me Tuttle Click Hyundai declined to redeem my coupon code because I have done one at their place over a year ago. I guess they figure I only go there for test drive promotion and will never buy one.

@barbaralynn They did call to set up the test drive and asked if I had done one in the past year. I said I thought it was last summer and they looked it up to tell me it was in October. So, I was not eligible. I was sad to not be able to do it, but glad I found out before I went into the dealership.

Interesting. The terms say you can do one every six months, but they asked you if you did one in the past yea? I guess it is up to each individual dealership if they want to honor the terms of the offer or not.

Same with me. I haven’t found a way to get the offer yet either. Chicago area, FWIW.

When I went to the dealer, the guy did not ask if I have done the promotion within the past 6 months. Only when I contracted the fulfillment company that I found out the dealer refused to honer my coupon.

Even in the Orange County, CA area, not all dealers are participating. There is this corp owns several dealerships in OC and none of them show any test drive offer.

I did some more futzing around, and was able to find the pop-up at https://www.hyundaiusa.com/dealer-locator/. After filling in my contact info, the offer automatically filled in a dealer in my general area, but not the one closest to me.

Got/printed offer @Patrick Schaumburg.

Test drove yesterday and got my Visa card information (card# and CVV) online the same day. Just FYI, if you want a physical Visa giftcard they are charging a $3 service fee, so you only get $37 on the card. Next time I think I’ll go with an Amazon reward. If I’m going to be forced to spend it online (without getting nickle and dimed on service fees), then I think that would have been the better choice.
