For the deals here on credit cards with Balance Transfer offers.
Requirements for cards to be included in this list:
- Must have no Balance Transfer fee or capped Balance Transfer fee (BT fee).
- 0% or very low APR for Balance Transfers.
- Must not be a pre-approved offer like you get in the mail.
- Geo-specific cards (like National City & Fifth Third Bank) are OK, but note if they are restricted.

Bank of America has a 0% no fee credit card for 15 months. I got a targeted one for 18 months and they actually gave me 22 months! It’s the plain vanilla bank americard with no cash back rewards. There is also the Chase Slate card 0% no fee for 15 months as well but I’m sure you already know about that one.

@Deplorable-1
The BoA Card used to be a great option but with BoA 2/3/4 credit card limit rule one has to be very careful.
Alliant Platinum card is another good option and the best part is that they do the BT within 2-3 days over the phone.
I recently BTed to Barclay Ring Card but it’s taking them forever.

@marcopolomle: This is the first I have heard of those rules. They must be trying to stop people like me from doing a app-o-rama and opening multiple cards for 0% no fee bt’s. I have not had any issues opening up cards so far.

Almost all major CC issuers now have similar rules in place.
BoA rule is fairly recent and now even BarclayCard seemed to have joined the fight against churning.
App-o-rama is now thing of the past unless you have not applied for any CC for last 24 months.

12 months up to 21 months 0% Intro APR Credit Cards
Banks are now offering incredibly long periods of 0% Intro APR interest.
If you’re carrying a balance on a high interest credit card or are looking to make a big purchase in the coming months, it’s time to switch cards and save money.

BOA and Wells Fargo both have 18 month offers.
I find 18 months is a good timeline if you are shuffling 0% balances around.
