I do too and forgot what a pain they were to deal with. Can’t ACH funds in from an external account. To originate ACH through DSD from an external account it mush be from a checking account that has actual paper checks. You will be asked to provide us with a signed Account Verification Authorization Form which will allow DollarSavingsDirect to contact your bank directly should we require further verification of ownership of the external funding account. You must send the Account Verification Authorization form along with a voided check with your DollarSavingsDirect account number written in the memo portion Of all the banks to have the highest rate, why does it have to be this one.

Hmmm, I don’t remember any of that, but I’ve had an account since 2008. I still have my main checking account that I’ve had forever as an account I can transfer money from, but it is a real checking account that I have paper checks for (somewhere), so maybe that’s why. If I can get the 3%, I’ll just transfer the bulk of my money sitting in Brio Direct earning 2.2% to my checking account and then to DSD.

Because they need to have higher rate to attract money. At 3%, I’m not biting.

-
@atikovi I did a little research and the 360 Money Market account is no longer available to new customers. As a result, I think the offer posted was a targeted offer for previous customers.
-
@goldsheet I have the 360 MMA with a 2 cent balance and it shows 0.80% APY. Not worth tying up $100K for 4 months at an effective 3% APY of the bonus plus the .80% interest of the account when rates are rising. Maybe we will see 5% rates by the end of the year.

@atikovi I did the SoFi deal. 1% bonus for holding only two months.
Getting 1% in two months is like 6% per year, plus their regular interest.

Upcoming changes to the HMBradley Deposit Program
InboxHi Matthew,
The deposit program sponsored by Hatch Bank will end on October 31, 2022. We are working hard to make sure HMBradley continues to improve and grow with you.
On September 29, 2022, we will be launching a new deposit program with New York Community Bank (NYCB).
Your action is required and you have choices. Please continue reading for important information about what you need to do.
Hatch Bank will automatically close all deposit accounts at Hatch Bank after October 31, 2022, unless you:
Open a new HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB, transfer your available balance to your new account, and close your deposit account at Hatch Bank, or
Close your deposit account at Hatch Bank and direct them where to send any funds on deposit by October 31, 2022.
As an incentive, customers who open an HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB by October 31, 2022, will be eligible to earn either 3.00% or 2.00% annual percentage yield (APY) until January 31, 2023. See the NYCB Deposit Account Promotion for promotion details and NYCB Deposit Account Terms & Current APYs for the NYCB Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosures and current APYs.Learn more
What happens when I open up a new HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB?When you open a new deposit account with NYCB before October 31, 2022, HMBradley will close your deposit account with Hatch Bank and transfer your available balance to your HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB. To allow for the time it takes to switch your direct deposits, we will give you the option to permit us, until November 30, 2022, to redirect these deposits from your deposit account at Hatch Bank to your new HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB (“Switch Service”). You will earn interest on funds transferred to your HMBradley Deposit Accounts with NYCB from the date the account is funded. Hatch Bank will not pay any interest on any funds credited to your deposit account at Hatch Bank after your new account is opened at NYCB.
Important considerations:
Switch your direct deposits and incoming transfers to your new HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB before October 31, 2022. Please provide your employer or payroll provider with the account number and routing number for your new HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB. You will be able to find your deposit account number and NYCB’s routing number in your HMBradley profile. If you don’t elect Switch Service, Hatch Bank will close your account and return any deposit transfers to the originating bank.
Discontinue any recurring ACH or debit card electronic funds transfers from your deposit account at Hatch Bank and re-establish those ACH transactions from your new HMBradley Deposit Account with NYCB.
Remove your current HMBradley debit card from your digital wallet (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay).
Please make sure your email address, phone number, and mailing address are correct in your HMBradley profile so we can process any claims of error or unauthorized transactions, merchant refunds or credits, or any other credits due to your account at Hatch Bank.
Starting September 29, 2022, you will not be able to initiate inbound ACH transactions from your deposit account at Hatch Bank.
What if I want to close my deposit account at Hatch Bank?If you just want to close your deposit account at Hatch Bank before November 1, 2022, contact customer support for assistance. When you contact them, you may direct Hatch Bank where to send any remaining funds on deposit. If you do not close your deposit account at Hatch Bank by October 31, 2022, Hatch Bank will automatically close your deposit account and send you any remaining funds over $1. On October 14, 2022, the annual percentage yields (APYs) associated with the Savings Tiers on all deposit accounts at Hatch Bank will be 0.01%. The Savings Tier Boost Promotion will be terminated for all deposit accounts at Hatch Bank effective as of September 30, 2022.
When Hatch Bank closes your account, it has no obligation to accept deposits or pay any outstanding items.
Important considerations:
Switch your direct deposits and incoming transfers before October 31, 2022. Please provide your employer or payroll provider with the account number and routing number for your new bank account.
Discontinue any recurring ACH or debit card electronic funds transfers from your deposit account at Hatch Bank.

Brio Direct is a bit of scam, well is a scam, for NEW accounts only. Whatever you opened for is the rate it’s stuck at. Good for them, they can keep their account. I transferred it all out a while ago because of this prehistoric shenanigan.
