Looked on the App and online, but can’t find the coupon or cashback offer…is there a secret link to this offer, or am I just missing it?

Thank you, @FiveTalents! My front page only shows Cash Back Offers (9) and Target (70 coupons).
Once I typed in “Special Offers”, the App took me right to the turkey and potatoes.

These offers require a smartphone to which you add the app, right? Asking because I do not have a smartphone.

Until recently, I could clip digital coupons and submit receipts online, but when I tried to submit a receipt on my laptop or mobile browser a couple of weeks ago, they just sent me to the link to download the app. Now I can only clip digital coupons online. I hope this is not a permanent change. In case things change back, see the online steps pictured below (you can’t test it out without creating an account, but an account allows you to print grocery coupons without newspapers).

I think it’s targeted. I don’t have this potato coupon, instead i got a free dollar gravy, which unfortunately i don’t eat/use.

The potatoes were the first of three. The gravy is today and cranberry sauce should be tomorrow. You have one day to load (a little extra time for the first) and until 11/28/19 to upload your receipt.

On my offers it says I have until 11:59 pm PST November 27th to upload my receipts.
Like you said, today is the gravy offer. Up to a whopping $1 on any brand gravy.

Which is Nov 28th technically for the rest of the country
. They do say by Nov. 28th up at the top and then get more specific in the terms. I did change the op.

I bought potatoes on Wednesday and my receipt is still showing as pending. Have your potato receipts been processed yet? I am a little hesitant to buy the other items if I never got the money back for the first item.

I’m too slow… didn’t have the app and missed the potatoes. Too bad since there would have been DD with S* for 25¢ back on Russet potatoes.

My potatoes and gravy are still pending too, although it usually is a 3-4 day wait in the big promotions.

i loaded the potatoes and cranberry sauce coupons on their respective days, but they disappeared from my app the following day!

Make that 5 days and no cash back yet for potatoes. I think I will be keeping my receipt for the gravy and cranberry sauce just in case I never get paid, so I can return them to Target.

So it looks like they just held all the receipts to the end to pay out no matter when you submitted them.

That’s the impression I get. Either we don’t usu;;y notice because individual offers are over so quickly or multiple offers in the same holiday promo are handled differently.
