Is that the correct amount to make them free?

Is that the correct amount to make them free?Only if you paid about 15 cents for them. A little over 1,000 points is equivalent to $1.
I bought two on the same receipt for $3.49 each and only got credit for one. They are slow responding support tickets. I submitted several days ago and have yet to hear back.

@mrvietnam Thanks. I will file a support ticket too.

ShopRite in the NE is a participating store too.

Hang in there. I just now, a week later, got my support ticket addressed and they credited me in points for the second package of ice cream donuts. So if they haven’t replied to you yet, they should be soon. I have found that there customer service is pretty good, but just slow.

@mrvietnam Thanks much for your status update and words of encouragement during these wacky (deal) times. If Fetch does the right thing (eventually) on my purchase too, I’ll report here.

Got my missing points today and a nice message from Fetch.

In the future, if you’re missing points (you should notice after submitting the receipt) scroll down to the bottom of the receipt page and hit edit/correct receipt (the button should appear) and then you have the option of scanning the barcode of the product or entering in the name of the product through search.

@ctujackbauer Thanks for the help. Fetch said the same in support message. I’m gonna top up and cash out ASAP. Amazon Prime day is imminent.
