    @yoregano Is there any way to tell if you’re going to receive the $10 credit? I ordered Amazon g.c. last night and received Shipped notification but nothing telling me that I’ll receive the $10 credit. I’m pretty sure I clipped the coupon code but I didn’t see it in the cart. Maybe I messed up? It wouldn’t be a big deal to order another $40 gc.



  • @my4mainecoons No, not that I could tell. Nothing shows in cart or receipt at time of transaction. As a precaution, I took a screenshot of the offer in case something went wrong and I needed to contact customer service.

    FWIW, I did a reload to my existing GC balance.

    @yoregano Thanks. I didn’t like not being able to tell that $10 credit was coming so I just chatted with CS. They confirmed that I would receive it. They reminded me that it will not appear as part of my g.c. balance but instead will appear as a credit when I make a purchase. Will see if I can use it on a 3rd party gc.

    @fivetalents Did you enter the code in the field or did it auto populate? I clicked on the coupon on the page with the T&C. That was supposed to activate it. I didn’t see anything in the coupon code field. I don’t recall seeing it noted on the Order Summary either but it was my first order so I wasn’t used to looking down below; maybe I missed it.

    Now, having completed your order, can you see any mention that the promotion was applied?

    @my4mainecoons I pasted the code then clicked enter (FWIW, the code disappeared once applied, I pasted it again for the screenshot/record keeping). I didn’t even see the coupon on the T&C page. I tend to take screenshots of my pre and post order pages in case I have any issues.

    Having completed my order, I don’t see any mention of the promotion anywhere on the order confirmation page, order history, or confirmation email.
