ok, good to know. didn’t want to see anyone get screwed trying to get CB at another site since I don’t have any of these extensions d/l onto my browser.

I get it while logged in thru chrome. It may be targeted to specific accounts.

I wonder how long you have to keep the extension and if they’d take back the $10 when you un-install it.
TCB was only paying $2 for installing their extension.
iBotta wasn’t giving any money but installing it got me offers that others haven’t had. Uninstalled it because it was so obtrusive, the % back wasn’t as good as other sites and when you make a purchase through the browser the purchase doesn’t count towards anything you’re working on at the moment, e.g. a bonus.

I had nine cents sitting in my account that I probably was never going to cash out (have to get $5 before cashing out) so this deal was pretty great.
I suppose I could complain about the 3 month waiting period, but for a free $10 I really shouldn’t complain because that would be incredibly nitpicky.

I’m sure once you cash out the $10 you’re safe. I’d use that as your time frame to uninstall it if you so choose.

I’m sure once you cash out the $10 you’re safe. I’d use that as your time frame to uninstall it if you so choose.
You can also toggle the extension off without uninstalling it in, at least in most browsers. These extensions are naggy so I toggled mine off after the $10 showed up in my Rakuten account (but definitely not yet cashed out to paypal from Rakuten, that takes forever). I didn’t uninstall it yet, waiting for paypal cashout for that.
YMMV on what you want to do though.
