I didn’t see this deal posted here, I got the email to activate offer for free eggs up to $2 at Target. You have to activate the offer before you buy them at Target. Offer expires 4/5 so make sure to activate offer, buy the eggs and take a pic of the receipt and submit asap.
You can double dip and submit same receipt to Ibotta for an add’l 0.25 credit.

YMMV. No Ibotta offer for me on eggs. I do however have a whopping 15¢ for eggs with Checkout51.

I got the offer with expiration Apr 8, but last day to submit the receipt is Apr 5?!!

I noticed that too. Strange. I saw yesterday (4/6) that it still showed my coupon for Target, so I bought eggs last night and submitted the evening of 4/6. We will see if I get my $1.99 for my 18 ct of eggs back or not. If I don’t get the cash back I will have a pretty good argument as the offer said it was good until 4/8.
