I just used up rewards on purchasing more batteries using the 100% back rewards on batteries earlier in the year. It is harder and harder to monetize rewards, so many office supplies stockpiled, even after donating tons. But with kids, we go through batteries like crazy, so I will pick these up again.

Believe it or not, I had to buy a 4 pack of AAA’s at the dollar tree the other day. Or course, a couple days later I did find a package of these but apparently it’s my last pack of batteries. Hopefully it will continue for a few weeks so I can stock up. I use my rewards almost exclusively on stamps. I like to think of it as buying needed postage, and getting the batteries free.

I used to think that way, but now I have a little over $1,000 in Forever stamps stockpiled and I still have about 12 packs of batteries left so I think I will sit this one out.
