I wonder what determines how one might receive this. I tried to use the $10 off $20 coupon unsuccessfully, but didn’t get this consolation coupon. Of course, I never get any offer from them like eBay bucks bonuses either.
They’ve offered this several times now and I only qualified once (the first offer I think), no matter what I try. I even have a Citi card on my account and 1-click disabled everywhere. No go on mobile either.
Fresh is available in my area, I’ve never used it, and I have Prime, yet I get this distasteful little message:
