I’d be very careful about opening an account there. Site seems a bit fishy and many online reviews suggest it’s a scam. No phone number for contact is one red flag. That you have to download an app to a phone to use it and not being able to use a computer is another.
Interest is a lousy 3%, but if my math is correct, with the max bonus it come out to 7.5%? 3% on $50K for four months is $500, plus the $750 bonus = $1250 interest.

cryptocurrency transfers are generally more secure and transparent than ACH transfers. Because cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain ledger, there is a clear record of all transactions, which makes it more difficult for fraudsters to carry out fraudulent activities.
Say what? I thought CC is favored for being untraceable and anonymous transactions favored by drug dealers and tax evaders.

Which is different from their Indexed savings account paying 4.75%, right?
Correct; I believe we’ll see an update on the Indexed account on the first of the month.
So what’s the difference between the two? The savings account can change rates any time. The indexed account, just at the beginning of the month. Why is this a big deal, or is it?

Between Bask Bank and Elements Financial. It’s almost like same day although I didn’t check last night, the funds are available this morning for a transfer I made yesterday. Most other banks take 3-5 days. Wow.
Chase lets you do instant transfers ($5k/transfer $10k/day) limit I think
$10K isn’t much if you want to move a lot of money, like if another bank raises their rates by 0.50%.
I can add CIBC to this list and that they have a $125K daily $250K monthly transfer limit is a big plus. The money I pulled with CIBC from another bank was in my CIBC account the next day.

Primis Bank Checking and Saving Accounts both dropped from 5.03% to 4.35%
You were one of the first - and you deserve the best.
Thanks for being one of the first customers to take advantage of our Primis Savings. You’re earning the top-notch annual percentage yield (APY) of 5.03% and we’re glad you’re here.
Soon, you may see on our website that our APY is changing to 4.35%. This will not apply to you. As an early adopter of our digital platform, you will continue to earn 5.03% APY. While our rates are always subject to change, we want to currently hold your rate at the highest level possible.
Congratulations on being a banking trailblazer. Our goal is to continue to impress you and create a long-standing relationship.
Thank you,
Your Primis Team

One alternative is the pull money from Salem Five using Bask (no limits), then push into Republic. Hate to use/abuse Bask doing that.,

Tried to make a $10,000 transfer but "Unable to process request. The transfer amount exceeds
the maximum allowed for external transfers. Please reduce the amount to complete the transfer."
I don’t know the limit, but it’s less than I require.
Many of these banks have a great teaser rate but make accessing your money difficult. $5,000/day $10,000/month ACH transfer limits for one thing. I’m just finding out at Purely Digital bank that they haven’t been processing the trial deposits from the external banks I want to link, so I can’t make any significant withdrawals.
So it was Impossible to keep down, eh? Don’t they use Olestra as a substitute for the fat?

To new customers I assume, still shows as 4.71 in my account. They must have gotten enough applicants to drop it from the website. Just hope the rate doesn’t drop March 1st.
