@briarycliffs I have B&N nearby (too many GCs already from elsewhere), used to have The Container Store (not worth the price), and more Redbox credit than I can shake a stick at. Only real option for me this month is UW donation, and I already cover that elsewhere. So I’m not going out of my way to enter this month, either. I think I’ve participated maybe 3-4 times this year - just not worth the hassle for the questionable rewards they have available.

I have three accounts - one for each adult in the house. One of the accounts didn’t get the offer for 3 tokens for one receipt, probably because I’ve used it to login and check rewards the past couple of months. So I’m all set with that one - ready to get a Target eGC if and when they come back in stock. It was in stock when I submitted the receipt, but not two days later.
The other two accounts are a different story. Both had the 3-for-1 receipt offer. Both uploaded a receipt. Both failed to give 3 tokens two days later after the receipt was processed. Errrr.
I emailed CS for one of them. Still waiting to hear back - high call volume the auto-response email says - best they can offer is ASAP. Wonder why - maybe because your site is less than functional and your desired rewards go out of stock within days of the start of the month?
Anyway, while I’m waiting for CS to respond to the email, I try Chat, which finally shows up (no idea on hours, but it wasn’t there for the other account 5 minutes ago). Anyway, via Chat, I was in and out in 10 minutes, and the problem was resolved (at least a reward was visibly available - it could still take a bit for the displayed token number to correctly reflect 5 instead of 3).
While I had “Lexis” on the hook, I asked about the likelihood that the Target eGC would be restocked, since it “sold out” in under 10 days. All Lexis could say was that they couldn’t promise a restock, but to keep checking. So helpful… Does no one at KFR have a clue how to conduct business?
Target eGCs are all gone. Maybe if they didn’t take 2 days to handle a receipt…
And they mishandled the receipt anyway - supposed to get 3 tokens for one receipt - per the email - only got one!
I think they’re starting to get nervous about the program. In the past hour I received emails from KFR offering 3 tokens for one receipt. Emails were titled “2 bonus tokens! Going once, going twice” and “We admit it! We missed you!” I haven’t done anything with these accounts in the past few months. So far, I have not received an email for the account I sign into each month only to check what rewards they offer. The links are NOT generic, so I can’t share them.
Guess it’s time to get some Target eGCs!

No argument there. I’ve gone to looking for reasons to split the purchases up, if it isn’t too much of a hassle.
For the few months that I’ve participated in this new KFR, I’ve had similar issues, and they either resolve by themselves over the course of a few days, or in the case of receipts, if it didn’t give me credit the first time, I resubmit it and IIRC, eventually get the credit.
And @yoregano is correct, they need to get this stuff fixed. I don’t think they’ve done anything since this new, clearly cheaper (as opposed to less expensive), program was put in place, and it shows - badly.

FWIW, I did create a new account using my same email address, and it looks like the vast majority of rewards are still there. I didn’t do a deep dive, but there seems to be a ton of rewards available (my usual/local stuff is there as well as dozens of pages of other stuff), and it looks like all the earn opportunities are there again - probably reset with a new account. Since it’s still nickel and diming points, as best I can tell, I’m not planning to start up again. I got lucky, had my points available down to under 100 between the lack of earns at the end of the old site, and getting all my old/local stuff every month (650 pts/mo spent, IIRC). I was actually at the points that I couldn’t earn enough to actually redeem anything each month.
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone contacting the company to ask about getting their old account/points reinstated. I did that a while ago w/e-rewards, and they were glad to oblige. That saved me hundreds of real dollars on gift cards!

Something’s up with RB. Site is totally new, and old sign-in is no longer working as of tonight (earlier today, it was still the old site and worked). Not sure why they would pull this late on a Friday but I guess we’ll have to see what happens in the next few days - probably Monday. Be on the lookout in today’s email for a message from DMI titled “[member], You Deserve To Be Rewarded”. In it looks to be a unique code worth 25 points.
To add a smidge of clarity, there’s no reason to wait 'til the first two weeks of the following month to select rewards, as there are April rewards and May rewards, and anything earned in April was only usable on the April rewards, so what we see is what we get - no overlapping between months.
I think the logic is that if you mail in a receipt (postmarked by the last day of the month), they’re giving more time for them to process it and for you to pick a reward for the prior month.
Completely agree that the Amazon GC should be a permanent offering.
Available rewards for May (thru 6/14) are: $5 No Kid Hungry® donation, Cheez-it socks, Free $5 Redbox movie code and a Free Kellogg’s product with Gopuff order (who I’ve never heard of, and who doesn’t even delivery in my area!)

Just finished what I could on 3 accounts. A bit slow at first, the occasional reload of the page needed, but I was able to get through everything, even a receipt upload (still waiting for credit on that, but no surprise there). All done on the PC.

I just received the first two from, probably March 1st/2nd. Still waiting on the 3rd, which I actually submitted the receipt on first, and was ordered late March 2nd/early March 3rd.
UPDATE 3/8 - got the last one today, so 3 for 3. Now the KFR dead zone for the rest of the month.

I went with the Cheez It socks (wife’s call) a few days ago. Now, just after midnight on 3/1, it still says February rewards, but in addition to the other February rewards, the Amazon $5 GC, Mr Pringles playing cards, and an “All gone!” Magazine subscription are listed as well. Had 'til 3/15 to redeem February rewards, so I guess I should have waited - live and learn!

Same here. And receipts are only good for 30 days, so we can’t even carry them over, without digital surgery!
