Can you use the same receipts for both Fetch and Ibotta? I just learned how to use Fetch and am thinking of adding the Ibotta app to my android smartphone.

Yesterday I managed to get SB in the morning from random searching several times. A few hours later, I wanted to search for a website, and I got a message that said I had been searching too much and needed to wait a while. Tried again about 4 hours later and got the same message. Tried again late in the evening, same message. Just tried searching for “blue poppy seeds”, something I’m looking for, and got a message that “no results can be found”, which is ridiculous.

Why can’t I find games that I can download and play on my Kindle? Seems like they are all for PC only.

@c3 Is the $25 off $150 a universal code or a one-time-only code you received? I’ll try stacking the two codes I have ($15 off $100 and $20 off $100) and see what happens, but a $25 off $150 would be nice to try with the $20 off $100 code.

I had looked at air conditioners last week, put a couple of them in my “save for later” section, and then received an email offering $15 off $100. Not enough for a $275 purchase, so I waited in hopes of something better this week. Just got an offer for $20 off online order of $100 or more. I’m really hoping for something like a $30 off $200 or similar deal.

Thanks, mistercheap. I had forgotten it is Office Depot that allows purchase of stamps. The $120 is in 3 $40 Rewards. One of them was issued because Staples messed up the recording of the ink cartridges I turned in one month, and the customer rep issued a new certificate. Normally you can only accumulate two $40 Rewards, I know. They don’t carry my husband’s favorite coffee, I’ve got enough laundry detergent to last 3 years, no dishwasher, don’t use Kcups, no close family members on either side, we’re retired and at the stage of getting rid of clutter, just difficult to figure out what we could really use other than a back-up air conditioner in case the 8-year-old one in the bedroom bites the dust. Or just get another toner cartridge - those run about $80 for my laser printer.

Can I use my Staples Rewards to get Gift Cards? As far as I recall, you can’t/couldn’t do that, but since I mostly use Rewards to get toner cartridges and other office supplies, I’ve never paid attention to any of the restrictions. Didn’t someone mention you could use them to get stamps? I’m already well stocked on postage stamps though. I’ve got $120 in rewards that expire at the end of the month. I was looking at their window air conditioners 8000 btu and 10000 btu, but nothing seemed to be of good dependable quality. We’re already well stocked on household items like paper towels and toilet paper and cleaners, etc., as well.

Receiving something besides bills and ads is a daybrightener. We’re on a vacation, saved for 2 years for this, and I took a list of 21 family and friends/neighbors with us, bought 25 postcards at the Tibbitts Point Lighthouse for $10, and spent a couple of hours writing personalized messages to all 21, mailing them from the local post office so they’d hopefully arrive the day before we return home. We send invitations, real physical paper invitations, to family and friends/neighbors for both casual relaxed easygoing gatherings and sit-down dinners at our home 4 or 5 times a year (a lot less expensive than you think it would be, just follow the KISS principle). No cell phones, no TV, no distractions. It’s a fun time to try new recipes, enjoy good food, good talk, good friends. Not one person has complained about receiving a paper mailed invitation.

I am completely confused about the Pokemon GO offer. It looks like you can only sign up for a Pokemon GO account with Google, Facebook, or Niantic Kids. I have a Google account only because it was the only way I could sign up for something a few years ago, I don’t like it, and I don’t access the Google account itself. I keep it only because it is the email of record for a couple of memberships because a Google account was the only thing that would be accepted, and I’m not happy about the username I used at the time and would like to create a new Google account and get rid of the old one. I use our local service provider email and a hotmail account for just about everything, and I do not ever link anything to my Facebook account. Which leaves using the Google account. I don’t know why Pokemon would be so restrictive. So my questions are - First, can I set up a new Google account, update the email of record on the sites that required using a Google account, delete or close the old Google account, and Secondly, is using a Google or Facebook or Niantic Kids account the only way to obtain a Pokemon Go account?

There is no question food prices are going up quickly, and they won’t be coming down until the cost of energy (which mostly starts with gas) to grow, harvest, and transport raw ingredients and to run the factories which produce the final food products comes down, which isn’t going to happen anytime soon. Even when those costs go down, the manufacturers won’t lower the consumer prices much since they know people have become accustomed to and have resigned themselves to the higher prices, which means the manufacturers will gain even more profit.
My husband and I have adjusted our food budget more and more, switching to store brands and less-known (and less costly) brands, planning purchases to cover more than one meal (leftovers from one or two meals go into another day’s meal), using the website for a couple of grocery stores that are close to each other to load coupons to our store cards and checking the week’s sales, being flexible about what we buy so that if it’s not on sale this week, we buy something else and wait for the item(s) to be on sale (hopefully with load-to-card coupons) another time. The first places I go when entering the store are the marked-down bakery goods, the marked-down produce endcap, the freezer endcap where the store puts marked-down frozen foods on the right on the bottom shelf and at the end of one frozen-foods aisle, the marked-down fresh meat section. The store uses yellow “marked-down” and “clearance” shelftags and product stickers, and I can spot those at a glance down any aisle in the store. LOL I buy extra if something has a really worthwhile markdown (at least 50% or more) and can be frozen or stored, and I know we will use it for future meals. Flexibility is essential. Every couple of months my husband and I go through the pantry shelves and the small upright freezer (bought cheap at an estate sale) and the freezer in the refrigerator. He calls out what’s there and how many. I write it down and then type a list that we keep on the freezer door so we don’t lose track of what’s gotten shoved to the back out of sight.

I don’t have an Office 365 subscription, jimates. I have two completely paid for, no further payment due ever, no renewal fee ever, licenses for Microsoft Office 2016, each good for one computer. It looks like Method 2 would be the right way for me to go, except I have Office 2016, not Office 2010 or 2013. As I said, what i want to do is buy now and just sit on the licenses until I get around to buying two new computers.

I really want to do this, BUT is it transferrable to a different computer? My two laptops are 2014 17" HP Pavilion. I have MS Office 2016 on each, 2 separate individual one-computer licenses bought and fully paid for, no yearly fee. I would like to update to 2021 on both of them by paying $49.99 twice for two lifetime licenses. Since these are 2014 laptops, I am thinking of buying new laptops either the end of this year or sometime next year. So if I buy two of these lifetime licenses, they would not be transferrable to new laptops, right? If that is correct, is there a way to buy two of these lifetime licenses, not use them right now, wait until I buy new laptops, and install them on the new laptops???

The original coupon was pulled. I got an email that there was a problem with it, and they sent a link to a new coupon. There is definitely a difference between the number coding on the old one and the number coding on the new one, so be sure you are using the new one.

Will check this out. The simple games I have for my Kindle are old, really old, and I’m looking for something interesting and fun. I’ve been playing GemsofWar on the laptop (loaded through Steam) and was able to play it on my 2021 10" Kindle through Amazon Games, but their last “you need to load Version 6.1” was a PITA since apparently they presumably submitted an unreleased Version 6.2 to Amazon, which was of course unplayable, and the conflict between Version 6.2 on the Kindle and Version 6.1 on the laptop made both unplayable. Thankfully GoW has great support staff, and one of them helped me get it working again on the laptop. Until they remove the Version 6.2 from Amazon and replace it with Version 6.1, the laptop is the only device I can play it on. At least with this new luna cloud gaming, I should be able to find something enjoyable. Anyone already found a game or three they are enjoying and would recommend? I don’t have a smartphone and don’t plan on finally buying one until late this year, probably October or November, and I hate the thought of trying to play an intensive graphics game on a tiny smartphone screen when I already play games on a 17" laptop and a 10" Kindle.
