@jbw said in OFFICE DEPOT/MAX B&M Buy $100 in select gift cards (Shell, UBER, etc), get $20 back in rewards, limit 3 offers (plus 5% CB on Chase Ink type cards):
@mistercheap
The OD rewards can only used for OD merchandise? It doesn’t discount sales the price directly? Not sure I understand what you are asking. But… yes, can be used on pretty much any merchandise, print, shipping, and postage stamps. Can’t be used for gift cards. If something is on sale, you’ll get the sale price, you can also use any OD coupons to lower prices and pay w rewards. Hope that answers you.

RE: 2nd (8/2/19) IMPORTANT UPDATE! $125 option been 'NIXED' Equifax Data Breach Settlement
@briarycliffs said in 2nd (8/2/19) IMPORTANT UPDATE! $125 option been 'NIXED' Equifax Data Breach Settlement:
If you took the cash option, you must now tell them the name of the credit monitoring you already have, and free services don’t count. If you don’t update your claim by Oct 15, your claim will be denied. I have heard that the amount is now less than $1 cash option. I haven’t filed yet, but I will probably just choose the monitoring.
there should be a new class action for the shady way Equifax handled this entire thing. Left a really crap taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately the $30 has to be in one transaction.
Unfortunately the Q’s are L1 and more often that’s being enforced by the RA registers. There’s $10 BC wyb $40 Nature’s Bounty at RA this week but not for the other brands.
@my4mainecoons the IP’s or the newspaper Q’s are limit 1? I would think you can use one IP and one newspaper Q since they are different coded q’s with expiration dates.

@mistercheap said in Buy a $50 McDonald's gift card and get a Big Mac every week for a year. Would you do it?:
Even if you value each Big Mac at $2, that’s $104 in free food over year, not to mention the $50 GC. good deal.
If you only value the big mac’s for $104, I wouldn’t do it. Its going to cost me a lot more in doctors bills.
If you are eating relatively healthy the rest of the week, I really don’t think a burger 4x a month is going to kill anyone.

RE: Expired: Rite Aid 12/29 - 1/4 (75% off Christmas starts today; 25 cent bags of Blue Diamond Gourmet almonds 5 oz wyb 4 a/ man q/bc/Ibotta)
Had fun at Rite Aid this AM:
Some notable items on clearance:
Glade Air Freshners Spray 9oz (Apple Cider, Wintergreen Forest, and one other (forgot name) 62 cents
Various small boxed gifts including nice manicure sets with two nail clippers and some other stuff $1.25
also Large Lighted Magnifying Glass, little table top games, mini screwdriver sets etc. all $1-1.25
TOYS 75% off and it also includes ALL PLUSH, even non Christmas. Got a large ELMO (Officially licensed Sesame Street) Plush for $5 (reg $20), needed it for a little kids birthday party.
For older kids there were some nice train sets and these huge indoor bowling sets for $10 Also some huge blaster guns for about $4, probably with water, good summer pool items.
There are also some Hershey Brownie skillet gift sets (not sure if they count towards the Hershey BC deal) of course the typical decoration stuff and other items like @MrVietnam posted in the OP.
The larger RA’s will have the best selection and the better stuff won’t last beyond 75% IMO. will be quite picked over by the time it hits 90% (is that next week or 2 weeks from now?)
-
RE: Expired: Rite Aid 12/29 - 1/4 (75% off Christmas starts today; 25 cent bags of Blue Diamond Gourmet almonds 5 oz wyb 4 a/ man q/bc/Ibotta)
HEADS UP!!
There is a bonus cash deal on Hershey’s and related brands (Whitmans, Lindt, etc) that is counting on Christmas clearance candy of these brands.
$5 BC on $20, limit 2 (tracks on Receipt) I bought a box of Whitman’s sampler, rr $10.99, on clearance for $2.74 and $2.74 tracks. Some of the larger box candies are dated well into 2020 and not all are holiday themed, so easy to reuse for Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day with the right gift wrap or bow.
Exactly what brands count towards this I can’t confirm beyond what I posted, but if you can find nice big boxed candy that adds up to $20, your net is 75%off + 25% off a/BC

@mrvietnam said in Wendy’s: Celebrate Wendy's 50th Birthday with Free Food & Drinks Until 1/3/20 - You are guaranteed to win something with each scan and have 30 days to redeem your free item. Enjoy!:
I guess there is a cap of how many rewards you can bank in your account. I had 26 rewards and it wasn’t letting me get anymore. Last night I redeemed 16 of my rewards and this morning I was able to win again (I got a double stack). By the way, it looks like the best (i.e., most expensive reward is a spicy chicken sandwich which goes for $5 and change. I had one reward it wouldn’t let me redeem. It was for a large french fries. Maybe next time I will try adding small to my cart and see if it takes. Last night I was able to take my entire family out to Wendy;s for dinner on the house. Thanks, Wendy’s! Counting today, there is a chance to get six more rewards before this promotion sadly ends.
Yeah, the double stack is kind of lame, pretty small, basically a regular size hamburger with two patties vs one.
There is a good offer in the app for six nuggets for $1, use that with a 4 free nuggets prize to get 10 for $1, which is a decent amount for a lunch if you’re low or out of sandwich codes. Used my Wendy’s single and a double stack thus far. Have a double stack, 4 free nuggets and a Spicy Chicken left to work with as ‘main courses’.
Have a ton of frostys and small drinks. Small drinks I use with the sandwiches, have yet to redeem a frosty. may give them away to people in Wendy’s with kids while I’m there. Doubt I’ll use them, winter, too cold for frostys and too much sugar in them for my tastes.

incidentally, are you guys winning any food at BK? I just started playing there and only won redbox codes so far.
won a Whopper on the peelie on a large fries for $1 with app offer. worth it, got a large fries and then the free whopper for $1. also, look around the store, lots of people leave them behind and don’t use them. lots of people don’t have the app or care. found two Hershey Hand Spun Shake codes. overall it’s not as easy to enter as the Wendy’s contest.

Is this still working for you guys? The last two days I have taken a picture of the Coke bottle symbol printed out on paper, but it doesn’t process and tell me what I have won. I cancel out and try to do it several times and eventually it says I have reached my daily limit and for me to play again tomorrow and I does not award me a prize for the day. Maybe I have too many rewards banked already. I plan on taking the family to Wendy’s tonight and using several of them, so we will see if I can win a prize come tomorrow.
Still working but last three days a small drink each day. Lots of 4 piece chicken nuggets too. Waiting for a sandwich then I’ll go in and use multiple offers.
Yes, same boat as @alanmax working, but free small drinks and one frosty last 4 tries.
