Swipe the jug. Hit the key telling register you’re ready to pay.
It will show you payment options one of which is WM gc. Select that key then swipe the eGC. Total will go down by $5. Rinse & repeat.

This was great. I never qualify for any AB rebates (state always excluded and I don’t buy beer) but qualified for this one. (I spend < $500/yr on groceries so wouldn’t qualify for this if friend hadn’t given me receipt.) Submitted on Weds. and money was deposited in PayPal acct on Thursday. (I don’t have a smart phone either so another friend submitted for me. )

@mistercheap I got rejection on the fresh food. Said the UPC didn’t qualify. It was for $0.69 cheese stick. I got 3 tea since 2 was only $2.96. I’ll either do a return/re-buy for the tea and try $3 in fresh food or let it go since I only did the deal to cash out. So far its looking like my 3 tea & protein bar rebate is going through.

@dangeruss A coupon is legal tender. You are paying with a coupon. Of course whether or not the cashier sees it the same way is YMMV.

@gremln007 I use my 3 qt about once a week. Rarely do I wish I had larger one. Very happy with the smaller footprint. I think of it as a time saver but TBH I think food cooked in it doesn’t always taste as good. Rice is fine but some things need more time to develop full flavor. I’d never make soup in it.

@juicer I presume the digital gc is an e-VC or e-MC usable most places online. I cash them out buying WM eGC or add to Amazon acct. I’ve never seen e.g. a gc for Campbells products.

I just noticed that if you buy a Macy’s gift card from Retail Me Not that they give you 8% back in Rewards (ie $$). They are currently giving 10% back on purchases from Macys.com made through their site.
So, if you buy a gc with 8% back and use that gc to make a purchase through their site is it like getting 18% back or less?

@arthurpeale I read the T&C very carefully before I purchased and it said that iBotta had to be on the receipt. So you did what you needed to do. They just need to pay up.

OAN: They’re promoting scanning the QR as better than not having to scan a receipt. When I send them a scan I get paid within 24 hrs. I had to wait 4 days for them to give me the $20 from BB. Absolutely no incentive to scan QR over receipt.

I just checked my Rewards acct and saw that I’d reached $1K spend for 2019.
It shows I spent $500+ in July. Pretty sure I didn’t give them $500.
I used several $30/$60 coupons on ~ $60 orders.
In the past I would have been credited with $30 towards Premier spend.
Am I correct that it looks like they’re crediting me with $60 towards the spend and not $30?
