@mrvietnam My friend (above) was lending me her and her husband’s accounts but when I logged into his it brought me to her account. Staples used to merge accounts but IDK if they still do.
I recycle & redeem on a friend’s account (JD). I did a kiosk order for pick up at the store since I can’t ship to her and I don’t want to possibly link her account to my address. I went to pick up the items at the store tonight. Relatively new cashier asked me for i.d. to prove that I was JD. I said, “but I’m not”. He said, “well then never mind” and gave me the items. I said that it was the first time that I’d ever been asked for i.d. He said it was because the pick up screen told him to ask for it. He said that he’d seen me place the order so he knew it was ok.
After completing the pick up I recycled a battery & 10 carts on JD’s account then my 40 & a battery for my account.
@mistercheap do you have a link to the details? I searched. I would do it for a generic $10 VC/MC but not if only redeemable at eg Fanatics.
I got 50% on my most active account, 30% on account that just recycles.
So many questions. How do they determine “active wear”? What is active wear? Do people review every receipt to decide if your item qualifies? Are there specific merchants you have to buy from? Could you buy something then return it?
I received a WM gc and have used it for groceries since I don’t need anything else. I find the regular supermarket to be much more convenient and it usually has better deals because of weekly sales and clearance. I only go to WM if there’s a specific item that it’s worth making a trip for.

I get my annual Maine Coon calendar from Staples kiosk. PM to cheapest online ($22 vs $14 this year) and toss in an in-store filler (Ziploc bags, Kleenex 3-packs) so I can use a $10/$30. Resell the fillers.

LOL. I’ve had a couple of free trials for Prime Week. Got them to get credit cards with sign up bonuses. $400 a few years ago. 😁 I didn’t order any merch when I had Prime. Watched a few videos.
Of the 18 orders I placed in 2024, 4 were for $50 P&G with $15 Amazon credit & $15 rebate. Resold the products at yard sale. 2 were for Scotch sponges for resale.
Otherwise most of what I buy is for home maintenance. Amazon can be cheaper than HD and Lowe’s. Recently replaced blown GFI outlets. The 4 pack was $58 at HD and $29 on Amazon. I used the Warehouse for 2 Moen faucets, filters for my whole house sediment filter, etc. I add a filler if needed to reach $35 for FS.
I always have a free trial offer; probably because I don’t accept it.

The only clue as to if they’re running out of redemptions is the offer’s expiration date and that doesn’t always work.

I also bought Asian groceries that aren’t available locally. Thanks for the HU re: CVS. I never go there. Can I just buy them for $1.99 or is that deal price?
@mrvietnam I looked at gift cards but ended up buying groceries instead. It was a better deal for me to get e.g. 40% off Great Grains cereal than an Albertsons gc to pay supermarket sale price. I used to get Great Grains at RA.

Checked Cashbackaholic and saw that Tada was also offering 20%.
Made the purchase through TCB and submitted for the guarantee.
TCB gave me 23% and it was quick although I still have to wait for it to clear.

@ohsheet I recycle 40 in one shot (10 bonus + 30 regular). “My store” doesn’t say anything but I’ve been told only 20 at other stores. I educate them. One can recycle as many as one wants but will only receive Rewards for some of them. Then I show them my offers on the website.
