I need advice please.
I’ve purchased 2 Tracfones each with a year of service but didn’t activate the service in time on either of them.
I use cell phones with wifi for ibotta.
Now rebates and sites are requiring 2 factor verification with a text so I need something to receive texts. Texts and a way to call 911 if my car breaks down. Google phone won’t do.
The battery on the first one is going. It’s probably 8-9 yrs old. I like its size.
I can’t find the 2nd phone at all. It’s got to be here but I can’t find it. I didn’t like it anyway. It’s too heavy.
The one that hasn’t been used at all that’s too heavy is a moto e5 from HSN purchased in 2020.
I’d like a year of service and lightweight.

Recycling gets rung up as a transaction. I wonder if that will work.

We got Celsius at Shaw’s last weekend. Don’t expect our next freebie until early August.

@yoregano I keep a few hundred in prepaid VC/MC on hand to pay for everything possible. I basically use Chase Ink for prepaids and Discover’s 5% categories. You can’t use prepaids online to buy 3rd party gc but they work on 3rd party cards B&M. There’s very little that I buy without at least 5% back.

@marvomatic I print the email receipt from Amazon from Gmail.

@yoregano I pay my electric bill with no fee prepaid Visa gc (Staples, Chase Ink). We get one free cc transaction per month.
You can buy gas (or any other) gc at a gas station and get 5% back from Discover as its a gas station purchase.
Chase Ink gives 5% back on phone & Internet year round so I have those on autopay.
