@my4mainecoons I already took advantage of the $25 back on $50 with two pairs of shoes, the surprisingly nice Fila Headway 7 trail running sneakers in gray/yellow and gray/red, along with a $5 workout shirt. I used some Freecash that Sears gave me to bring my out-of-pocket down to $50.10, and sure enough got my $25 SYWR points the next day. Thinking about getting yet another pair of the gray/yellow Filas shipped to me for free ($26.10 using my points). I suspect Sears will be long gone before all my new shoes are worn out!
Btw I’m not biting on any of those Marketplace deals, even though I’m sorta tempted on some ~$50 Overstock rug runners. I imagine too many issues on getting SYWR points back.

@zennuts Yeah it’s a slow motion train wreck at my local Sears too. I think they’re trying to run the entire store with about 5 employees (who at times, still outnumber the customers). Lots of empty shelf space, with carts scattered around holding stacks of pegboard hooks that are no longer needed. Can’t help feeling like a buzzard every time I case the joint. But I still do, because I’m such a cheap bstrd…

After years of no coupons, Staples just started sending me the 25-off-75 coupons. I used one to get the Dell C1760nw color laser for only $60 delivered. So far I’m loving it, especially how cheap generic toner cartridges are for it!

Yeah, but you don’t get “Fuel Points” like you do buying a couple of $100 Lowe’s eGift cards via Kroger (actually, Gift Card Mall). Especially if you have the 4X fuel points coupon loaded onto your Kroger account.
On the other hand, you do have to deal with the Gift Card Mall. They can be downright squirrely, rejecting your order without providing any reason.
Come to think of it, that physical $100 Lowe’s Gift Cards for $90 deal you recently posted looks pretty good.

From what I can see, the only difference is the spec on the 20V Li-Ion battery: 1.3Ah for the clearance one, 1.5Ah for the full price one. However, the battery with my $5 drill was labeled 1.5Ah. The main thing is that both are HYPER TOUGH! Lol

Heads up. Something I noticed for the first time on the Sears website, is that items I’ve “saved for later” in my cart and then go back later to look at (or add back to my cart) often default to a “marketplace seller” instead of Sears. The last thing I want playing the SYWR points game!

But here’s the scoop: Lowe’s took it off the website for online ordering, plus adjusted the price up to $69.99 if returning by any other mechanism (Brickseek included). HOWEVER, it may still be available in-store for a much lower price, if you bother to look for it. Just today I saw them marked down in a local Lowe’s store near me, despite Brickseek reporting $69.99.
Update: Now Lowe’s has restored it to available for online ordering, and is reporting the reduced price (for those stores that have it reduced, for in-store pickup only).
So the Brickseek link should be fairly accurate–as much as Brickseek can be, of course!

@ctgolfer About the “More Available”–it’s almost everything/anything under the Tools section that is sold by Sears, and not just a few specially-priced tools at $50.
So it’s not just Craftsman tools, but other brands as well–as long they’re sold by Sears (not marketplace seller).
Tools can cost less than $50 too, if you buy multiple tools, it counts as long as your out-of-pocket cart total is at least $50 after applying any coupon and SYWR points.
