It started soon after Covid19 started. Both Staples and OD stopped taking the cartridges in-store, and the recycle center (provided by Staples for shipping) is located in the worst-hit county in California.

If you still had a hankering for one of these carts for $50, you can find them online at Ace Hardware.

And yes, I bought a couple. Btw they do stack, at least as high as their 10" wheels would permit. Such that each one adds about 11" or so height.
However, the recesses in the cart bottom that enable this, i.e. to allow the rear “legs” to nest, also makes this cart unsuitable for things like cement mixing.

That’s why these are only my “second favorite” plastic garden cart, lol.
My favorite is the Ames 4cu ft Poly Garden Cart that Home Depot used to sell for $20 each spring.

I did receive a $20 off $60 via snail mail post card.

I signed up for Amazon Day Delivery when it first launched and never used it, but continued receiving the $1 digital credit many times (sometimes I don’t get it for long periods, then it’s offered again for a long time).

Anyway, right now I’m seeing Amazon Day Delivery bundled with the $1 digital credit. I hadn’t seen that before now.

If you click “Change,” you can either;

select a different Amazon Day Delivery to get your package sooner and keep your $1 credit (assuming it’s bundled on your Amazon Day), or cancel/opt out of Amazon Day Delivery altogether since you’re not using it and see if the $1 digital credit is offered as a separate option again.

I couldn’t find Sears gc anywhere other than at Sears when I tried to find a discounted Sears gc last year. I checked supermarkets, Staples (including dot com), RA and a few other places. Didn’t check places like Raise.

My bonus from a purchase on the evening of the 18th just posted, so it only took a couple of days this time.

I received “Start the week saving! Only $4.49 for Staples copy paper in store.”

Copy paper has been $3.49/ream for at least the past 2 wks. The price increased. Some deal. When I spent a Rewards check the other day I received a $10/$20 CRT coupon. The picture shows 50¢ for select school supplies. Filler paper is shown but its never 50¢. Its 99¢ on dot com and earlier in the season I think it was 85¢. If I were to go to the store and point this out to them they’d sell it to me for 50¢ but IMO its misleading advertising.

UPDATE 8/31/2019: They keep dropping like flies. This time, as of yet, no nice clean list of stores to be closed from corporate like before.
Yet it’s reported nearly 100 more Kmart and Sears stores will be closed before the end of the year.

@mistercheap it’s a difference of $2 and I ordered for a friend who is reimbursing me. The price might have been unchanged at kiosk. At home even if I don’t log into my account I get business pricing.

@ukedog Sure is! My parents’ house has a ton of these and they should pay for themselves in energy savings in no time at this price. They are non-dimming but ours aren’t being used with dimming switches, so no harm no foul. No issues with mine so far.

@my4mainecoons It’s full access to all NYT puzzles, including the daily crossword and mini crossword (7 of each every week), plus scads of other puzzles, logic, spelling, and so on. Not even familiar with all those other puzzles/games.

I’m just into crosswords, and yes, there’s plenty of lower cost/free options for crosswords, etc.

The magic part is the great NYT crossword app on my iPad, primarily. It’s also usable on my cell phone in a pinch. I’m a luddite in many ways, but I’ll likely not go back to paper and pencil here!
