That would be frustrating and disappointing. It shouldn’t be like this. I know it the enroll button was not like this last month for me. I noticed in a thread on the “slick” site that others are mentioning this issue. There’s certainly something not working quite right with this.

OP, you should probably change the title of your post to 8 hours since for the last two months the required viewing has been 8 hours.

I’m waiting still for my credit(s) for this month, 24+ hours after completing my 8 hours of streaming. I never got them for last month. I let it slide then, but I’m going to complain if it doesn’t show up this month. I still don’t undesrtand why the “enroll” button perpetually displays as un-clicked every time you go back to the sign-up site. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t like that for August.

I made sure to do that this time, but I didn’t do that the first month (August). I’m pretty sure the recurring enroll button wasn’t that way then. Whatever the case, it doesn’t make sense and it shouldn’t be that way.

Happy to report that I got both credits this month. Email came about 1.5 days after completion. I guess the key is to make sure to hit the “enroll” button before starting every video (but I still think that’s a bug and it shouldn’t be that way). Also confirming that you don’t necessarily finish the videos ASAP to get credit—I didn’t start until 10/2 and didn’t finish until later in the day on 10/3.

@mrvietnam Hmm… perhaps targeted? The coupon was there for me when I ordered yesterday. I’m also seeing the 20% for the White Cheddar variety, but these are more expensive than the regular cheese flavor.

There was a 20% off for the regular variety yesterday when I ordered, so the max redemptions must have been reached on it. Still a pretty good deal on the White Cheddar, just not as good of a deal as (was) on the regular variety.

I got my credit right away. It didn’t show up in my account.
Turns out you need to click the claim link in the email.
Also you can claim all the links to one account. So if you did this on 3 accounts, for example, you can claim them all on one and get $15 credit/month.

Are you sure you watched the appropriate hours of videos? I just loaded one a season of Alias and let it run all night.

Also, I don’t believe credits can be stacked. At least not the way I would define stacked. You can get $5 off per item you buy, but you can’t use all of your $15 credits on one order to get free Cheez-Its.
Also, there are some Cheez-Its that don’t qualify. I tried to get a single box for $5 and didn’t get the credit so YMMV on how useful the credits you have are.
