I think these Am Ex offers are always targeted. Some people receive them on certain cards and others do not.

For some reason I’m not finding them easily like I was this morning, but they have Uber. They had one that had multiple gas stations. These are intriguing (https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/5916486/20-Turkey-Card/ and https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/8561775/Gingerbread-House-Gift-Card-20/) as they are seemingly just a visa so I can add it to my Amazon account. I lose the 5% from not using Amazon visa, so it’s really only saving 10% plus the Delta points I’d get from my Delta Amex. But 10% off Amazon is decent.

That’s really bizarre since it has a price and lets me add it to my cart. I see now they charge tax, so that kills the deal anyway.

“estimated tax” is simply that, doesn’t mean you’ll be charged it and if you are call the after and tell them GC’s aren’t taxable, to issue you a refund.

I didn’t get this offer but got $25 back on $250 at Bestbuy and $15 off $150 at Home Depot. Planning to get GCs but don’t remember seeing Visa GCs in stores.
