Can't log in to TopCashBack



  • Is anyone else having this problem? When I try to log in, I get “Oops, login has failed. Please try again.” When I try to reset my password, I never get the email. I used their contact form three times and received “Delivery Status Notification (Failure)” each time.

    I have over $400 pending there. Tell me it’s just me…

    It’s just you. I just logged in with no issue. Maybe try a different browser.

    It’s just you. I just logged in with no issue. Maybe try a different browser.

  • @jess888 No problem here. I always go to sign-in page via link in email they send almost daily with deals.

    1. try a complete clear history on your browsers and then try again, if that fails…

    2. send them a message on their Facebook page account. usually better option than the contact form

    TCB is working fine for me. I have always been able to log in without issue.

    I had trouble last month regardless of device. There was a message that there might have been too many re-directs and to try clearing cookies. That worked.

    OAN: I got my brother to sign up using my referral code. Then had him order for me until he had $10 CB. Even though he used my code it didn’t track and I didn’t get the $35 bonus. Resolved the problem fairly quickly through the website Contact Us. TCB’s support can be slow to resolve things but it doesn’t take a lot of back & forth.



  • TCB tech support was excellent once I found their email address: contact@topcashback.com.

    Turned out that the system saw something suspicious on my account and reset my password without my knowing. Not sure why I could then reset it, but fixed now. Thanks all.
