It appears you pick this up from a truck in a designated parking lot. Looks like they give you a half hour time frame of when the truck will be at the designated stop.
There are other coupons also. Not sure if they stack or not but worth a try. It seems like they have different deals at different times of the year.
Looking at their event calendar the chicken breasts are available for pick up sometime in March. So this is a pre-order. They take orders up to six months in advance of the scheduled pick up date.

This is local, fresh, never frozen, great quality meat. We have friends that get stuff from them each month. I placed my order and pick it up March 20th, in the same spot we pick up our monthly groceries from AzureStandard. Shop online, pick up at meeting place. Easier than actually shopping, and much better quality.

Unless you are a restaurant, or commercial kitchen, who will buy this? Doesn’t raw chicken only last a few days in the fridge?

Portion it out into ziplocs or vacuum seal and freeze. A family of 4 to 6 could easily go through 10lbs or more a month.
I pay about $55 for fresh and $50 for frozen right now for my restaurant. If the pickup spot was closer I would pick up a few cases, but it’s about an hour away. Not worth it in time and gas for me.

But if you bought a 40lb box of frozen chicken you’d have a hard time portioning it out.

I would imagine they have a few plants across the country that do nothing but process for them. From what I gather each store gets a couple of deliveries a week of fresh chicken. Plus they get a custom cut with that weird 9th piece of chicken which is called the keel.
I was getting the 8 pc bone in cut up chicken for about $0.75 lb this winter because of an over stock issue, now I’m at about $1.10 lb and usually it runs $1.25 - $1.75 lb depending on supply. I would imagine KFC pays way less because of volume.
If there is a big chicken kill off due to bird flu or some other catastrophe the upper price is the norm. And it’s usually worse on the boneless chicken.
Oh and don’t get me started on wings prices, especially at this time of year. I try to stock up before holiday/Super Bowl season and ride out the price hike.
