PayPal may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this offer or these terms.
Eligible Participant: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have a U.S. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment (“Valid Account”), and (3) receive an authorized email, view an in app banner or social post inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive the Invitation will be determined solely by PayPal) (“Eligible Participant”).
“Offer Period”: Starts on March 17, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on March 31, 2025.
How it Works: Eligible Participant must save the offer and complete a minimum $10 USD purchase using their Valid Account within 7 days (“Eligible Purchase”). Upon successfully completing an Eligible Purchase, each Eligible Participant can receive 1,000 PayPal Rewards Points (“Points”), which can be redeemed for $10 USD cash (the “Reward”) or other options. Eligible Purchases must be finalized by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 7, 2025, to qualify for the Reward. There is a redemption limit of one (1) Reward (or a max of 1,000 Points) per Valid Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and will be no longer paid once the Offer Period has ended. There is a max of 100,000 Rewards (each worth $10 cash or equivalent once redeemed) available under this offer. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.
Reward Redemption: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant’s Account Overview section of their PayPal Account to redeem within 14 days after qualifying to receive the Reward. See the “Redeeming Points” section of the PayPal Rewards Agreement for details.
Miscellaneous: Participation in offer is subject to the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal Rewards Agreement. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, Eligible Transaction, or offer-related materials or correspondence are not delivered for any reason. This offer is only redeemable in its originally published form.

1000 pts ($10) immediately showed pending on PP.

@mtnagel I see the 1000 pts pending under activity in the PP app. If you don’t, open a customer support ticket and inquire.

I bought a $10.01 gift card to Walmart on TopCashback and I don’t see the 1000 points in my PayPal app either. I’ll give it till tomorrow and then I’ll put in a customer service request to PayPal after that. Thankfully because I bought a gift card I’m not out any money, even if the deal doesn’t go through.

Made a payment for federal tax. The PayPal confirmation says: “You have 1,000 points pending for this purchase.”

I still don’t see any pending rewards today so I found this page about the rewards program and it has this email listed - paypalrewardssupport@paypal.com - so I sent them a message to see what they say. Let me know if you send them a message and what they say.

I bought a $10.01 REI e-gc and an hour after the purchase, I see 1000 pts pending in my Paypal activity. Also, the Rewards page says “Congratulations! You did it!” on the offer. All on desktop.

Maybe a silly question I bought a 10.00 gift card and don’t see anything yet. Did I need that extra penny ($10.01)?
Update: I made an additional purchase for $10.01 just to make sure I get the reward. I checked back and noticed that the original $10.00 purchase shows 1000 points pending

Just as an update, I just got off the phone with PayPal customer service and they said that the points are showing as pending in their system, even though it’s not showing in the app. She said it can take up to 14 days after the purchase date for the points to show up in your account. So some of you that got points right away that’s great, but in my case, she sees it in the system, but it’s not able to be seen on my end yet and she says probably by next week they’ll post to my account. I don’t care when they show up as long as I eventually get them. So that was basically $10 off my oil change today at Walmart since zI use the Walmart gift card I bought for this offer to pay.

That’s good to know. I got a response from my email asking to forward the order so hopefully that will fix my issues.

It might be buying gc from TCB that glitches.
I went TCB-> eBay for ink carts. Used Paypal and within minutes my Paypal account showed that I completed the offer.

Today I went to order something with PayPal, it didn’t show $10 off with PayPal! I give up!

I went TCB-> eBay for ink carts. Used Paypal and within minutes my Paypal account showed that I completed the offer.
Whatever the issue was, their support was able to fix it and gave me 1000 points that I could immediately cash out and transfer to my bank account. I saw the offer was still showing in my account so I just bought a $10 gift card through paypal and it immediately showed that I redeemed the order and the points went pending so looks like I was able to get 2 rewards in one account.
