Burger King has recently added a Bacon Cheeseburger to its value $1 menu.
This satisfies the $1 spend requirement to order the APP offer of a free Kids Meal with $1+ spend.
I went to test it out yesterday and for $1.06 w/tax, here’s what I got:
Bacon Cheeseburger (VERY GOOD TOO!)
Reg. Hamburger (or you can get a cheeseburger or 4 piece nuggets)
Small Fries
Kids size Diet Coke
Toyall for $1.

I just checked website and it shows that you can get applesauce instead of fries and low fat milk instead of soft drink on the kids menu. I always tell them to keep the fries so a cup of applesauce is a great substitute. I prefer it to the apple slices that McD’s gives. I’ll use the milk in my coffee and freeze the chicken nuggets until I have enough for a real meal.
Do you have to order everything on the app? I’m new to this. To download the app I have to go somewhere with faster WiFi than I have at home; basically anywhere with public WiFi is faster than mine.

No, you don’t have to order through the app which is the nice part.
Click the ‘redeem in restaurant’ option on the app offer, you read the code to the person taking the drive thru order (or if you have an open BK, you just show them the code on your phone). Yes, you can order any Kids Meal options you wish if you’d rather have a different drink. Soda, Apple Juice and Milk I think are the options, but based on location, there can be an upcharge for certain items so just be aware.
I simply posted exactly what I ordered as I know I paid $1 + tax for all I listed.

BK app is actually pretty good. Its deals are better than those in paper coupons in Sunday’s paper or circular bag. Whopper Wednesdays every week have extra good deals!
And if you have TMobile, they often have a free Whopper in their Tuesday offer thru the BK app
