McDonald’s Monopoly game - 10 free entries everyday with AMOE

I went to McDonald’s tonight and experimented at an ordering kiosk. It looks like you can redeem more than one prize, but you have to place separate orders on the kiosk when II went to McDonald’s tonight and experimented at an ordering kiosk. It looks like you can redeem more than one prize, but you have to place separate orders on the kiosk. When I tried to order more than one free food item on the same order it wouldn’t take it, so it looks like you’re able to redeem only one deal or free food item per order however, a few minutes later when I tried to place a mock separate order with a free food item it worked. It looks like there is no time limit to how many free food items you can place in one visit as long as each one is placed in an separate order.

Is that the same experience you guys are having?

So you could place back to back orders immediately using an offer in both orders at the kiosk? As mentioned, I’m pretty sure there still is the 15 minute delay between redeeming offers in the app but if you can just use the kiosk to do back to back offers, that’s awesome. Even if I can do an order in the app and then another at the kiosk immediately would be good enough for me.

I was thinking I should just stop doing the 10 free codes a day since I have way more free food that I’ll ever eat and I know I’m not going to win the prizes since the odds are like 1 in 60 billion. But of course I did them today and won 3000 more points.

  • Took Ms SOZ to McD this morning for breakfast.
Got the BOGO sammies with the survey coupon and a free coffee with AMOE reward at the counter. 5 minutes later I got the free apple pie to go at the kiosk with AMOE reward.
A random patron walked to our table and gave me her physical game piece, “I’m not playing.” I thanked her, entered the code and won a double cheeseburger or McChicken. The receipt for my purchase had another BOGO Sammy in exchange for the survey. I got double points for my purchase too.

Since I max out my daily entries using the AMOE method, I don’t need paper game pieces because they won’t let me enter them because I’ve already hit my max with the other ones

I confirmed this works. I ordered in the app in my car and used a free offer and then a minute later ordered from the kiosk using a free offer.

  • Won something on AMOE that references the MonopolyGo standalone game. Swagbucks has offer to install/play. Since I’m not a native digital gamer, I have no idea if this is worthwhile. Anybody? Bueller?

  • Went to a different store this morning. Got freebie at the counter and another at the kiosk after 5 minutes. No one handed me a free physical game piece this visit.

  • @sonofzeus
I’d love to have it for my friend if no one else can use. I already have enough for mine but she’d love to have it.

  • I wonder if they are “running out” of free AMOE tokens. It’s taking the longest yet to receive codes after requests. I’m at 9+ hours and counting to receive mine today. I’m at the expected point, of course, as far as properties are concerned, having reached all but the moneymaker ones for each monopoly. I’ve been enjoying winning all those free food/drink items still. I’ve gotten around 50 so far. Update: I received my codes just after typing this comment.

I think more people are getting the AMOE codes now so it’s taking more time. On Reddit, there are lots of post informing people about the AMOE codes as well as the kiosk ‘trick’.

Only seven more days left to enter codes for this game

  • It’s taking longer each day to receive AMOE codes as this promotion winds down. It was 9+ hours to receive when I posted about this a few days ago. Today, it’s been more than 12 hours and I’m still waiting. I’m not expecting to win a major prize, of course, but I hope I can get another free rewards points bonus (i’ve gotten two so far, 1,500 and 3, 000) because that will put me into the highest tier I’d like to cash in before points expire at the end of the month. UPDATE: About 13.5 hours to get codes today!

Counting today, 4 more days to enter codes.

  • 16 hours today! Good thing I did the code requests late last night!

It took 14 hours for my codes to arrive.

I went to my closest McDonald’s and they have signs on all the kiosks saying that you can only redeem one reward per day from Monopoly. I went to another McDonald’s about a mile away and they didn’t have that sign and they had no problem redeeming whatever I wanted to redeem… I’m not too happy with the store that’s closest to me not only because of their sign but I ordered two large french fries for my children and the the container wasn’t completely filled. It was like 2/3 full or 3/4 full but it wasn’t completely filled like it usually is when you get a large fries.

I just complained via e-mail to the customer service of the franchise owner (they own dozens of McDonald’s restaurants in So Cal). I will report back if anything comes from it. I went to another McDonald’s close by, no doubt owned by the same company who owned the other one) and they had no sign on their kiosk and they let me redeem whatever food prizes from Monopoly I wanted to (in different transactions, of course).

My codes today took 19 hours for me to get them

I went to another McDonald’s today to redeem my food prizes at a kiosk inside the store. I ordered three items in separate transactions and I was at the waiting area to get my orders and an employee came up to me and said you can only order up to two items so I had to cancel one of the items, but I had already paid for it through the kiosk, so I’ll need to check and see if I got the prize or if I lost the prize forever. The employee wouldn’t let me get all three items. She said if you get more than two it’ll flag your account. I doubt that will happen. It seems like each McDonald’s has their own rules about how many of those food prizes they’ll redeem in the same visit.

  • Does the rewards points balance have an expiration date?

It was always 15 minutes, re-logging into the kiosk with a new login code broke that 15 minute rule, but the employees have always been trained to remind people that you can only use one deal every 15 minutes.

You’ll see this often at the kiosk when someone who doesn’t know how to use it who first adds a deal in their app and tries to log into the kiosk - they aren’t able to use the deal loaded onto their app at the kiosk and the employee will tell them to wait 15 minutes and try again.

6 months from when you earned the points.

  • @ctujackbauer Can I buy a sammy with points and get a Monopoly freebie sammy simultaneously?

    No. One offer per transaction.

Wait 15 minutes like the rest of us.

  • Yet I see people posting they are buying many more than 2 things back to back to back at the kiosk. https://www.facebook.com/groups/276540461532308/posts/843735398146142

I never said it stopped working. I said the employees have been trained ever since the kiosks were installed to tell customers they have to wait 15 minutes between deals.

I go to a kiosk-only McDonald’s. A few times a year, someone will have the app all ready to go with their deal added in the app thinking they can use that deal by scanning their code, and every time an employee gets flagged down from what they’re doing and the employee will explain to them to wait 15 minutes and to not add the deal on the app and to just log in with their code.
