Keep an eye out for an email titled “How are we doing? Tell us with this quiz!” that asks for feedback, including on the rewards that are available.
It’s a 30 second Q&A and worth 500 points - no codes needed - automatically added within 72 hours!
I did this one too, but didn’t get the 500 points added in 72 hours.
I figure I’ll give them the weekend. I really don’t want to call customer service, even though they have really good customer service.
edit: actually, I calculated that wrong, Kellogg’s still has a few more hours so I’m pretty sure it will be credited at the end.

Customer service credited the points. Worth contacting them if you didn’t get the 500 point bonus.

Thanks for the heads up. I just assumed they’d be eternally out of stock, so I redeemed for a Best Buy gift card instead.
Very surprising considering how long they’ve been out of stock.

Lowe’s and BBB gift cards are on sale.

Hi,
I’m new to KFR and just uploaded my first receipt.
Can anyone offer any pointers how to maximize this program? a little confused about the points versus contests and rewards that don’t work via points. do you upload the same receipt multiple times to take advantage of different things? It’s a little confusing.
Thanks for any tips/help. MC

No, you only upload your receipt one time, but if you want to take part in a special offer then you need to make sure you upload your receipt in connection with that offer. For instance, the free children’s book offer, after you log in you need to go to OFFERS and select that offer and then upload your receipt. It will give you credit for that offer plus give you the points you earned depending on what product you purchased. I have had the best luck using the website with Google Chrome. $5 gift cards are around 7,500 points to 8,000. Generally you only get 100 points for each Kellogg’s item you purchased, so as you can see, you will have to buy around 75-80 products before you earn a $5 gift card. Sometimes some of the $5 gift cards will go on sale for 6,500 points each, However, occasionally there are free points offers and most of those give you 100 points without having to buy a product. You can buy a coupon (they are from coupons.com but only allow one print). Printable coupons usually cost 800 points and they are usually $1/1 coupons.
Let me know if you have any more questions and I would be happy to answer them for you. I am a longtime KFR member. I saved up my points for a long, long time and had over 100,000 points and when Target gift cards went down to 6,500 points for a $5 card I used up all my points and got a bunch of e-gift cards.

oh that’s kind of a bummer, they don’t really explain that too well. So you can’t take advantage of the offer like the books if you just upload the receipt ‘generically’? They won’t let you redeem for it, even if you’ve earned the points or bought the items required to do so?
-
I think I was under credited points for my first receipt today, any way to check exactly how they calculated points earned on a receipt? Can you contact them to adjust if you’re owed more points on a receipt?

Unfortunately, yes, you can’t just upload the receipt generically and get credit for a specific offer. You have to click on OFFERS first and then choose the offer and then at that screen upload your receipt. The good news is KFR has excellent customer service. I bet if you reached out to them and explained you are a new user and didn’t know that they would still honor the book deal and issue you credits for how many Kellogg’s items you bought.

I think they mean calendar month, so it starts 7/12 and probably runs through 8/11, but to make sure you could ask them about that, too, when you call tomorrow.
