Didn’t see any wording on the rebates that there is a limit on the number of tires that qualify. They were out of stock but said they will have more in a couple of weeks. 20 was the most tires I could buy with the $1700 credit limit the card came with.

Discount Tire up to $320 in rebates on tires until 2/19posted in Expired Deals
Saw this on a Honda forum. $100 rebate on a set of tires plus another $60 for using their store credit card you can apply for instantly. Free shipping and no tax for most buyers. Just ordered 20 tires for basically half price.

I cannot see any alternative to filing bankruptcy, but fear that I will be charged with fraud for overstating my income. My question is, do you think I am likely to get charged with fraud if I file chapter 7 bankruptcy? If so, or if not, why?
They did away with debtors prisons 100 years ago. I don’t think they base your credit card so much on income as on a track record of paying your monthly bills on time. Also, if they were dumb enough not to verify your income before giving you a card, that shouldn’t be your problem.

FYI at least in the past the buyers address wasn’t PayPal confirmed. So to be covered for sellers protection it has to be.
So I say something like:
Deliveries cannot be made to AK/HI, US Protectorates, APO/FPO & PO Boxes.
Ships only to confirmed PayPal addresses in the contiguous United States.Contiguous United States so buyer doesn’t bitch they didn’t know I don’t ship to timbuctoo.
AK/HI, US Protectorates are served by the USPS. That’s not timbuctoo.

Don’t understand. Isn’t the point of this thread a deal on fresh chicken? Doesn’t fresh chicken cost a bit more then frozen. If you’re going to freeze it why bother? Why not buy frozen cheaper and locally?
Looking at Walmart they want $2lb for frozen boneless chicken breasts. Not sure what others charge as I usually buy from supplier.
Sams Club wants $2 for fresh and $1.80 for 40-60lb. case
How much does the Colonel pay for chicken you think? Or they have farms that raise them?

Unless you are a restaurant, or commercial kitchen, who will buy this? Doesn’t raw chicken only last a few days in the fridge?
Portion it out into ziplocs or vacuum seal and freeze. A family of 4 to 6 could easily go through 10lbs or more a month.
I pay about $55 for fresh and $50 for frozen right now for my restaurant. If the pickup spot was closer I would pick up a few cases, but it’s about an hour away. Not worth it in time and gas for me.
Well sure, you can freeze it, but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying chicken fresh.

RE: Do motel sites change their rates when you return to book?posted in Travel Discussion
frett said in Do motel sites change their rates when you return to book?:
I disagree 100%. They change all the time depending on what cookies you have stored in your browser. You can prove it very easily by using two different browsers. For example, let’s say you’re using Firefox and you get a price change that looks suspicious like that. Just bring up the same site and search with IE or Chrome, and often you will see the original, cheaper price quoted. You can do the same thing by deleting cookies, but it can be tricky to pick the right ones to remove sometimes.
Travelocity does sneaky stuff all the time, and it seems like it started when they were bought by Expedia. I have clicked to book a hotel room and the room is suddenly not available at that price, and they tell me to search again or offer the room for a slightly (sometimes very) higher price. Just for kicks I will do the same search on a different browser and voila–the room is magically available again at the lower price!
Exactly. Similar things happen when checking air fares. And if a dealer lists a car for sale at $10,000, but when you come look at it, they raise it to $12,000, the government would fine or shut them down.

So how the heck do they make money at $15 and free shipping? The oil alone is more than that in a store.

So what happens if I sign up for the 30 day Prime trial, order 5 jugs of the oil, then cancel Prime before the end of 30 days? I see the more useful 5W30 for about $15 BTW.

If you drove a lot, like 100-200 miles a day, you should have bought something that gets over 50 MPG. Clear an extra $50 a day or more.
