Online application is screwed up. Declined me because, For the identity verification questions, applicants must correctly answer at least 4 out of 5 questions. But it never showed me any questions to answer.
I called them last night at 9:30 and left a message about not getting my account number after a week. Surprise surprise 10 minutes later I get a call back from a human saying they will email tomorrow the info. Sure enough, they did.

Don’t get too excited. When I applied, their identity verification denied me and they wouldn’t open an account manually.

I just got an email today saying thanks for opening an account. I guess I’m in after applying a week ago. Wonder if the hassle was worth it when another bank offers 2.75% next week.
