Not trying to shill for them or anything, but I’ve been using them since last year and while they take FOREVER to pay out, they do eventually pay out. Unfortunately you can’t cash out until you hit $50.
I recently did an offer where I opened a bank account and deposited $1000 and am getting $100 back. It’s only “approved” but not payable yet, which might take awhile, but I’m confident I’ll get the money based on my past results.

It was odd because it wouldn’t let me change the state from California and I tried multiple browsers/mobile/laptop but I submitted it anyway and it’s now past 48 and nothing. I did sent them a support message, but it’s odd because they have been very quick to pay out.

Well we were already planning on eating at this restaurant and they didn’t really have a great beer selection, but they had a $7 Guinness, so seemed like a no brainer. Actually this is free money from the InKind/Amex deal last year so even if I don’t get the rebate, the beer was still free

Here’s a tip that may help some of you!
There are a number of restaurants that triple dip on UPSIDE, SWAG and TMOBILE DINING REWARDS. TMO Dining rewards pay double on Tuesdays (10% vs 5%).
I knew I was going out for a pricey dinner at one establishment on a Friday night, so on Tuesday, I dropped by (was in the area anyway) and purchased a $100 GC. I got back 20% on the GC between 10% TMO, 6% UPSIDE and 4% Swag. plus 1.25% on my Visa. $100 GC cost me $78.75 net.
Now, some local restaurants like this run promos on GC at Xmas time, and if they do, I intend to use the Tuesday trick to stack with the promo they are running (say $10 bonus on $50 or $20 on $100 GC)
There’s also Dosh, but that’s new to me and have gotten a couple credits, but can’t cash out yet.
There’s also Rakuten dining, but it’s the same company running it as Tmo dining, so when you add a CC to one, it removes it from the other. Dosh is a joke IMO, they dropped Office Depot which was my only reason for signing up for them to start with. I’ll take a look at their dining offers (who participates) and see if it’s worth my time.
I also got the $10 sign up bonus on TMO, as for using Rakuten over TMo, that 5% bonus on Tuesday justifies the wait for me and I am going to start doing the gift certificate/card deal on Tues to places locally I dine at, so I can use them any day of the week. For instance, have a local Pizza place we go to at least 3x a month spending about $20-30 each visit with tax. So I may get 2 x $25 and 3 x $20 Gift Cards in one shot on Tuesday, pay $110, get back $11 from TMO alone and it’s over $10, cashes out, and I can use them any day of the week. Barely 2 months worth, rinse/repeat when they are used up.
That’s cool if you can save money on something you would do anyway, but we just don’t eat out like that and the 5-20% savings combining multiple programs isn’t enough to justify eating out more often. The biggest benefit I get from these are there are some local breweries on there that we would go to even without a discount and some I might drop $100-200 on special beer releases, so even 5% off is a nice bonus on something I would do anyway. And there is one local brewery/restaurant/taproom that regularly has 20-30% off in Upside in addition to the other apps and they have rewards through Toast Tab so we save a lot of money there!

Holy crap! I got 1000 points from the Fetch daily reward! That’s by far the most I ever got. I also got a 200 bonus for scanning any receipt. And I got 1640 points for buying 3 packs of Beyond steak (which was on sale from $9 to $5 plus had a $1 off coupon) that I didn’t even see was on there. So I got a total of 2840 points. The odd thing is there is a 1500 bonus, but it says on purchases from 4/10-4/11. Hopefully they don’t take those points away if they realize they screwed up.

S&S orders still working properly for me, but a different glitch remains. I have a gift card balance, and I don’t see a way to use the GC as a default payment. So, when I place the order, I immediately go to order status where it says I have an available GC balance and I can click “apply” to then change the payment method. This is fine—as long as I remember to do this.
During the S&S process there’s supposed to be an option to use the GC balance and it’s set to No by default.

I can set gift card balance as my default payment method in my S&S account settings, but it just does not stick. When I try to make an S&S order, it shows one of my linked credit cards as the payment method. If I try to change the payment method on the checkout page (before submitting the order) by clicking “change”, it shows my credit card(s) available as other methods of payment but does not show my gift card balance. So, I go ahead and place the order but then have to go to my order status and it is there that I then can apply my gift card as payment. I suppose I could try deleting all my linked credit cards and see what happens, but anyway.
Not exactly a major issue, but a glitch and annoyance nonetheless.
Just tried placing a S&S order, was signed in to the wrong account, S&S order page looked good, was able to add the additional coupon and use GC.
Switched to the proper account, the order page sucks and nowhere to put in coupon or use GC. Contacted CSR they said they will have a dedicated team look into it and fix within 24-48 hours.
So I went to place a S&S order today and I didn’t have an option to pay with my gift card balance so I did a chat with support and they had to have someone call me. They told me to add the subscription and they updated my payment method to the gift card balance but I can do that but they weren’t understanding that this is an issue. So that was worthless.
Reached out to Amazon a few days later through chat and was told that gcs are no longer an option for S&S
And yet I can change to a gift card on a S&S order after I place it, so that isn’t true at all.

@briarycliffs So I should spend $3 in gas to take a 22 mile round trip vs the one that’s a 3 mile round trip from my house to save 50 cents? I kid, but I do see the Newport one is $3.29 as you say. Interesting. I wouldn’t have thought that would be the case.
I’m wondering where you live that a large fries is $2.99. In Cincinnati, which I consider to be pretty low cost, they are now $3.79. Last time we got this offer we got a junior frosty, which really is tiny, for $1.79 and the free fries.
If you’re going to do SB, make sure to do the other cash back apps as they sometimes have overlapping restaurants/bars/breweries. I recently ate a local restaurant that was 4% back at SB, 18% back at Upside, 5% back at Dosh and 5% back with T-Mobile Dining. I also got $10 bonus offers with Upside and T-Mobile. So on a ~$54 bill, I got around $32 back. That was pretty unusual obviously but if you are going to go there anyway, might as well earn a few bucks back.
Note, if you don’t have T-Mobile, Rakuten must use the same network as you can’t add cards to both apps at the same time. Now that I got my T-Mobile bonus, I’ll switch back to Rakuten since T-Mobile you have to build up $10 before you get credited, whereas Rakuten just comes back every quarter no matter how much you earned.
I was really disappointed in the quality of these Planter’s cashews, but these are “deluxe” so I’ll give them a go.
And now it’s back to working correctly for me - I can add the gum linked above to my May S&S order with the coupon and 15% off. Although it took my directly to the cart without showing me the normal S&S confirmation screen but at least the savings are correct. So it looks like it’s a 2 day period where I was affected by this.

Just tried again now and noticed this. This is if you click, “change” under “First delivery on Apr 2”. I’m hoping that the 5% is just a typo as when I tested previously, the May delivery would get 15% because I had 5+ items in that S&S.
Anyone still doing this? I’ve probably gotten at least 50 cans of this for free, but I suspect the gravy train is coming to an end. Kroger had them all on close out today so they might be discontinuing it. But that might not even matter as I tried to get another one using an Incognito window like I have for the last 9 months, but this time they asked for a phone number to text and said I had reached my limit. I still have a few coupons saved, so I’ll try to get a few more, but looks like this is over. It was crazy how I could keep doing it but I guess they finally figured it out.

Thanks all for the good discussion and help in troubleshooting. I thought of a scenario that is still a potential problem with the workaround of placing an order and then cancelling it immediately to just use S&S: when an item has a discount (separate from the S&S discount) from a clicking a checkbox on the item page that is only applied to the first order. I suspect if I try the order-then-cancel approach, I would lose that extra discount. I may have to experiment if I can find an item I don’t really care about with an extra discount and see what happens.

No, you still aren’t getting what I’m saying since it seems to be working differently for you. If I go to any S&S-eligible product page, click the radio button for S&S, specify the delivery interval (1 month or whatever), and then click the yellow “Set up now” button, it then takes me to a checkout screen like I showed with my screen shot in the earlier post. My only options at that point is to place an immediate order (with only a 5% discount applied) and then have the item set up for future S&S deliveries, or I can uncheck the box under S&S and it then just becomes like any other non-S&S order.
Again, I have been using S&S for many years; I know how it works, or at least how it used to work. It just doesn’t work that way anymore for me. The questions now are: Why is this change affecting some users and not others? - and - Is this ultimately going to become a permanent change for everyone?
I suppose I could try and contact customer service and try to find out what’s going on but I doubt it would change anything anyway, so probably not worth the hassle.

Just to confirm, going through the order flow and then cancelling the order? if you’re getting 15% discount sounds like you already had at least 4 items for the subscription. Wonder why it wasn’t working for you then. Perhaps, as I mentioned the device you’re on, mobile vs PC vs app might have different flows.
Yes, I ordered the item with a 10% discount which was set to ship right away and arrive by Monday when I have a S&S order arriving on April 6th. I set it for 1 month S&S. After ordering, I saw it was added to my May 4th S&S order with a 15% discount. I canceled the order and it disappeared from my current orders but the item is still in my May 4th S&S.
I saw no difference between PC and Android Amazon app. Same options. And yes I almost always have 5+ S&S items every month.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this behavior before and I think it’s what I said above. I’m past the cut off date to add items or edit my April 6th S&S, but it’s obviously before April 6th. I think I’ll check everyday and see when (or if) it starts to add it to my May 4th S&S instead of trying to ship right away.

I’m now seeing what you’re seeing. If I try to place a S&S order, it wants to ship it now for 5% off instead of adding it to my upcoming S&S order with 15% off.
I wonder if it’s because I’m in the period where I can’t edit my upcoming S&S order (last day to edit was yesterday), but I’d be fine if it added it to my May S&S order, which is actually what I want. I guess I’ll wait till after my stuff ships/delivers and see if I can add it to the May order. Or course it might be more expensive then, which would be annoying.

There are a couple breweries in the app so if I go get 2 beers twice, that would be around $24. I’d get around $5 back because they are always ~25% back and then I’d get $10 back. So 4 beers for around $10 is a pretty good deal.
a couple are semi fast food, like sub shops, can go in and buy a drink as long as there’s no credit card minimum probably make $5. If i had to get subs, get two $10 orders, rung up seperately, pay $10 net. I’ll have to see how and if I end up using the offer.
So I mentioned my brewery plan to my SO and then she started looking at the list and of course she wanted to come and picked a pricy pizza place. So instead of getting 4 beers for around $10, we ended up getting more drinks and pizza and salad, but after the Upside deals (18% off both and $5 and $10 off), Dosh, SB and T-Mobile Dining deal (5% off and $10 off $25), if my calculations are correct and they all come through, we should get about $40 back off $90 in food and drinks. Not as good of a deal, but not too bad for spending an evening out with my SO and we have leftover pizza for another meal each.

I never used to set up S&S from the cart/checkout, either, but that seems to be the only way it works now. I used to just set up a S&S order and it wouldn’t process immediately, it would show in my monthly S&S setup and show the number of items/orders I had placed and say when my ship date would be and that is when the order would actually be placed, instead of how it is now, which seems to be an immediate order.
So when you go to these cotton swabs, you don’t have the “set up now” button under the S&S on the right side anymore like I do below? You only have the option to add it to your cart, and then set up the S&S (which I also have as well).
Maybe I’m missing something but it seems to be working as expected for me. Here’s the cotton swabs posted above:

I found the app and I’m trying to figure out if I have any use for it. Not sure I see any reason to make a call on my computer if I have my phone. And it looks like you have to connect you phone to your computer, right? I some times want to transfer files from my phone to my computer, but I just send to google drive. What do you use it for?
It is great for texting and sending files/photos directly from your computer to text msgs on your phone. It’s also much faster and easier to reply to texts using a full size keyboard on your computer. Have to say, been really enjoying the ability to use my PC as my phone texting station when I’m at home.
I already text on my laptop with messages.google.com, which I love, but I was specifically asking about the DEX app that zerenia mentioned.

Great question. That’s what I was trying to figure out when I quoted zerenia 
I’ve never used it so i dont know. I did find this link (https://www.samsung.com/us/apps/dex/) and it seems ok, but it seems like you have to be plugged in, so doesn’t seem better than what I’m doing now which is wireless.

For me, not sure I have much use for this app. I already use - https://messages.google.com/web/ - to read and reply to messages, but no app needed for that.

I have the same offer as the OP. I saw it less than 1 hour after my autopayment hit, so I charged $115 to my Amex and already got the email saying I redeemed an offer. Kroger has a new savings app called Fresh Mode. It seems to work like their gas rewards, where you earn 1 point per dollar spent. They expire at the end of the next month and you can redeem them for rewards like cash back. I got 300 points for signing up and that’s worth $3 back, but the best deal is 300 points is worth $4.50 of Kroger brands, which is a no-brainer as we buy many of their brands. And I was credited for my purchase even though I installed the app and signed up after that trip. The one thing I don’t know is how long the rewards last after you cash them out. So if my March points expire April 30th and I cash out on that day for $4.50 in Kroger products, when will that reward expire? Anyway, yay! More discounts on food in addition to the discounts I already get.
