Maybe uploading the same receipt on multiple devices, can be lots of things.

That’s just stupid since it’s easily detectable. And has been discussed in one of the other threads, I’ve been flagged (erroneously) for doing that and they allow you to explain so that definitely isn’t ban worthy.

Took over 2 days to pay out for this. This was probably the longest it’s taken. People are complaining on Reddit about being banned from aisle but I’m still get paid but some payments have been slower.

Yes, I did get paid for the one they questioned. Oddly, there was another offer on the same receipt that all I got was the initial response that says it’s being reviewed and the status on the website is “Processing.”

I’ve done many offers with both my phone and my SO’s phone and generally hasn’t been an issue except yesterday it was. I bought a few duplicate things at Whole Foods yesterday to do the offer on both our phones and I did it so fast at the self checkout that both receipts have the same date and time. Mine said it was approved (not paid yet) and my SO’s said it was a duplicate receipt. But mine was a different total (I bought one extra thing on my receipt). I can’t believe they only go by date and time and not total as an extra check.

Anyway, I responded “support” and then said to check again because the number of items bought and total was different (I didn’t mention how I knew that). I got a message back to reupload the receipt to their website and then I got a message back right away that it was approved (not paid yet).

So I think the moral of the story is to make sure the times are different to avoid this issue.

The only thing I use cumin for is Indian food which I don’t make very often.

I make most of my own spice blends and cumin is the main component in taco seasoning and garam masala and there is some in chili powder. But I also use it in a lot of recipes too.

Yes that’s what it is, but I’d start with “Start” or “Offer” to make sure you are eligible.

I typed n “Offer” and “Start” but got no reply for either keyword.

Sometimes the responses are delayed, but the vast majority of the time they are basically instant, so I wouldn’t risk doing it unless you want to pay full price or return it.

A pound is a lot of any spice! A typical supermarket bottle is probably an ounce. You’ll have enough for a lifetime.

I’ve been buying my spices in bulk on Amazon for a while now. I always try to combine sales with S&S savings and I’ve found a few brands that I think the quality is superior to grocery store brands. We cook almost all our meals from scratch, so we go through a lot of spices. We probably go through a 25 oz bottle of granulated garlic in 6-9 months in addition to buying garlic bulbs every shopping trip. Other spices we don’t go through that fast, but in my experience (which I know is contrary to what the internet says), they last quite awhile. And even if the potency decreases, the cost savings are so much that you can just add more. For example, I just paid $6.36 for 24 oz Amazon granulated garlic ($0.265/oz). Kroger is $15.99 for 24.7 oz ($0.647/oz). I bought a pound of bay leaves in 2019 for $15.12 ($0.945/oz). Admittedly, a pound of bay leaves is a ridiculous amount but thankfully we have plenty of storage and they still smell very fragrant 5 years later. Kroger wants $3.69 for 0.13 oz. Yes I paid ~4x the cost, but I got 123x the amount. Anyway, obviously this won’t work for everyone, but it works great for us.

Based on my one experience above, looks like you won’t get the rebate till after you get the text, which is stupid.

I was just looking at floss and what’s crazy is Kroger brand for 100 yards was $1 for years. Now it’s up to $2.49, which is an insane jump. Never tried the Reach brand, but I’m assuming it’s comparable to the Kroger brand, which is definitely different than the Glide brand, which I actually don’t like as much. It’s too slippery and breaks more often. What’s odd is I noticed on this deal, there is no S&S discount. Not even 5%. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before and I don’t like it!

Panda Express is getting expensive. I just went there last night. A 3 entree big plate after tax was.nearly $13. After my discount from this offer I got it down to the $8,xx range though. I would never eat there anymore without substantial discounts from offers such as this.

You can substitute Panda Express for any fast food restaurant or really any restaurant. It’s very rare that we eat out now unless it’s to hang out with friends or unless we get a very good deal like the Taco Bell Tuesday drops. It’s just not worth it anymore.

I’m sure there are some deals but I hate it when it shows a discount off a list price that it never was (assuming CCC can be trusted)

I got an offer for $5 cash back with $10 spend on Top Cash Back and they had 2.02% back, so paired with 10% discount and Citi $8% back and assume I still get 2% cash back with Citi Dividend card. Does anyone know how to search Citi Merchant Offers? Using search in Chrome doesn’t work:

Edit: figured a workaround. I had the cardpointers extension installed, but turned off. I normally use it every once and awhile for Amex offers and didn’t know it would work for Citi offers. Well it does and then you can search their list. Annoying you need a workaround, but at least I found it because I couldn’t fine it by scrolling the 100+ offers.

It seemed like I was winning less and less then suddenly I’m winning all the time again. Recently I won 10 and 5 wings, Buffalo chicken nachos, pretzel bites starters, onion rings, pickle chips, etc. and now I won this:

I’ve been doing this every 2-3 weeks and getting reimbursed with no issues. I just submitted a receipt and it was 15 days since my last redemption and I got a response back that said, “Unfortunately, it looks like there are no rewards left for you to redeem on this campaign this week.”

I then realized I didn’t get the text two weeks from my last redemption like I have been but I don’t see why that matters. I sent them a support message, but I have no idea why I wouldn’t be allowed to do another.

Edit: So after I sent my message to support I got the normal “Ready to get even MORE Rockstar Energy?” biweekly message. I resubmitted the pics of the receipt and then quickly got the message saying it was approved.

Thanks. The nice thing about the site is the ability to stream to a compatible device. It’s better technology than half of the streamers out there. In fact there’s a training site I use, and it’s a real PITA to show it on TV.

If you aren’t aware, you can stream anything in Chrome, including videos, to a chromecast. Looks like a decent site. I’ll add it to the list. I like RapidMoviez so I can download movies/tv shows and then add them to plex.

Well I live very close to where it’s made (I’m in Cincinnati) so I hope it’s cheap here. I see Kroger has Knob Creek 100 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey for $22. It’s probably cheaper if I went over to KY but not worth it for me since I don’t like the stuff but I shared it with my bourbon loving friends but they drink the high end stuff so this might be too crappy for them.

I submitted my receipt 12 hours ago and still have heard nothing back. When does this offer expire? In the past I heard back quickly telling me my receipt was accepted.

I would say something is wrong if you didn’t get an immediate response back. I just checked all mine and got a response back within 1 minute. The vast majority say, “Money is on the way! Your receipt for Rockstar Energy was approved and $5 will be reimbursed within 24 hours.”

I did have one say, “Thank you so much for your purchase! We got your receipt. Give our team 24 hours to review!” But then I got the “money is on your way message” two minutes later.

This offer has been the most reliable offer for me. I just checked and I did it 8 times with my phone number and I assume 7 or 8 times with my SO’s number.

I think I still have about $12 left on a gift card, which I got a deal on. My go to is to wait for a $20 off $40 coupon (which they do all the time) and get a large eggplant parm for $23 to go. We get 6 portions out of it, so ~$4 each. Eggplant parm is one of those meals I’ll pay for someone else to make since it’s a pain to make it well and making fried foods at home is annoying.
