My $10 PALS reward arrived.

@puppystar I think you have a “special” store manager. I’m not aware of other people being denied the use of manufacturer coupons on top of store discount. Unfortunately your only solution would be to shop at a different Petco.

@puppystar you can use a store discount and a manufacturer discount. The PM is the store discount, the manufacturer coupon is a manufacturer discount. CS was incorrect but sounds like you can’t win.

@puppystar You had an idiot manager. I’ve been doing PM and manufacturer coupons w/o issue. Their policy doesn’t say that you can’t. I’d call CS.

@mistercheap I like it as well but I assume Plenti is losing money. Money has to be the reason companies are pulling out. Must be affecting the bottom line.

For November’s Spend $30 on dog or cat food earn $10 PALS, the system awarded it once w/o calling. Had to call for 2 other accts.

For the buy any pet bed get $10 PALS, the system awarded it once w/o calling. Had to call about the 2nd acct probably because the system didn’t see it as a bed-- see the pet bed thread, but we’ll call it a fail.

For the buy Solid Gold dog or cat food earn $10 PALS (last weekend’s offer) the system awarded it for my one purchase.

For the buy small bag Science Diet get $5 PALS and buy larger bag HSD get $10 PALS the system has awarded it properly 4 of 4 times.

Not too bad.

I suspect we’ll get yet another Wellness Card, maybe a Wellness Plus card.
Maybe we’ll swipe Wellness Plus card, the system deducts what it can from that then if you still have balance due you swipe your Plenti card.

I think they are dropping out of the program. They’re just allowing shoppers to use up the points they’ve accumulated in case they don’t have somewhere else to use them.

@briarycliffs Sometimes they do… Fortunately their CS is usually very quick to give you rewards you’re owed.

Just bought a bag of Salmon PM’d for $7.90 - $5 mq = $2.90 tax, expecting $10 PALS back

New program is not as friendly as Plenti.

Wellness cash is earned in an increments of 1, 5, 10 etc and can only be used the same way
Wellness cash can be redeemed 6am next day
Wellness cash has an expiration of 60 days
Customers will not be prompted to use wellness cash but it will rather be just auto applied if they met the threshold
Customers can track wellness cash only by looking at their L2C and it will be visible there with value and exp dates
If customers have both Plenti and Wellness Cash, we will still get the prompt to use Plenti points and if you select yes, first the Wellness Cash will get auto deducted and only remaining balance can be paid using plenti points.

CANIDAE Under The Sun Grain Free Adult Chicken Dog Food, 4 lbs. is $9.29. There may be cheaper dog food but I only checked a few.

@skh12 Maybe in this deal but not always. I get all my Kcups from Staples. This week got 2 boxes of Tully’s French Roast (18/box) for $4 ea, $8 - $5/$5 email coupon from Staples.
$3 for 36 cups. I try to wait until the Kcups drop to $2 a box but needed to use the $5/$5 which was expiring.

Another cat wanted to redeem the $10 PALS wyb pet bed offer.
That cat searched Petco.com > Cats > Beds & Bedding > Sort by price
Went to store and bought the first item that came up in Search, a blue cat shaped bed. Surprised at the size but got it anyway. Did a PM to dot com price.

It didn’t clear for the $10 so we called CS. Asked if we should return it. CS said its “bedding” not a “bed”.
How were we to know it was bedding not a bed?
CS said if you go to Beds & Bedding on the left side of the page are 3 options: “Beds”, “Blankets & Thows”, “Pads” and this is a "pad"
CS told me to qualify item had to be "Bed"
So we both clicked on “Bed”, sorted by price and guess what was the first item?
So he gave me the $10 PALS.

I received PetSmart email for $10 off a bag of Science Diet cat food but it was personalized coupon.
The Blue Buffalo is generic, can use it on any acct.
