you get spoiled when it’s the Whopper. This is a decent offer.

Last year after Christmas in Janauary I picked up about a dozen of these (they have 3 different varieties) at Big Lots for only about $4 each. I combined my purchases with $5 off $15 coupons to get them really cheap. They had one variety I was partial too that had M&Ms in it, too. I doubt that will happen this year as Big Lots tends not to carry a lot of name brand food products anymore, so if you like these nuts, this Amazon deal is a good price.

You can buy a chewy gift card at the chewy.com site using the Citi card, get the $10 that way, have the Gift Card for future deals. Just make sure chewy is the one selling the GC, not a third party.
Yeah that’s a good idea. Sucks there is a 30% off code that would work on the litter, which would be a crazy deal to get all 3 deals. It does say gift cards are excluded from the Swagbucks offer so I wonder if that would work.

Not sure when your citi card offer expires, if it’s good until the end of the year you can hope the litter will come back in stock, but if its expiring soon and you regularly shop at Chewy, at least you get the benefit of the offer at some point in the future when you redeem the GC.

This year, I got the card. Ms SOZ did not. We both got the $5 freebie. I can’t speculate from others’ and our experience as to the method to their madness. Sorry some got a lump of coal. Glad some got the Golden Ticket.

Wow, quite the creative and involved process! I’m with Mr. C, that’s too much upfront cost for not enough return, but to each their own.

Arggg! I just thought it was, but actually since it was only $2.50 they are giving back this time around, they lowered the requirement to $15. That’s is OK. I would have spent the extra $5 at Sam’s Club anyway, but now it will just be in the form of a gift card. I have got to learn to read more carefully. LOL

In past years I have done GC deals to pay, this year I decided last minute to buy something last night. Only spent $52.xx with tax, and 1/2 of that were two rebate Toastmaster, rest was on a 5QT covered pan we really needed.

5 QT Skillet, 2 Toastmaster, filler holiday earrings $49.40 + tax

Got back $1.49 CB, $25 in Kohls Cash total ($15 + $5 pick up + $5 Kohls rewards), will get back $24 in Visa cards.

I think I did a small order on that offer too. But after last year’s loss of $17 CB not tracking and TCB’s bs lack of fighting for their customers (they’ve screwed me a number of times over the years with ‘you used another marketing channel’ excuse, which was simply not true) I’m hesitant to place a large order with them for a merchant that previously didn’t track properly. Rakuten showed it within 2 hours. I’d rather forfeit the 5% (30 vs 25%) than risk getting 0% like I did last holiday season.
