RE: Republic Bank Digital Money Market
"Bank does not offer ACH service so funds must be ACH pushed from another bank, wired, or mailed in via check"
I called them and was able to activate external transfers, add and verify external accounts, but have not made a transfer yet.
Tried to make a $10,000 transfer but "Unable to process request. The transfer amount exceeds
the maximum allowed for external transfers. Please reduce the amount to complete the transfer."
I don’t know the limit, but it’s less than I require.UPDATE: The monthly maximum is 10 total external transfers, not to exceed the aggregate monthly total of $10,000.00. The individual transfer limit is $2,500.00 per transaction.
REFERENCE: https://republicebank.com/personal/online-banking-disclosure/#:~:text=The individual transfer limit is %242%2C500.00 per transaction.

I don’t know the limit, but it’s less than I require.Many of these banks have a great teaser rate but make accessing your money difficult. $5,000/day $10,000/month ACH transfer limits for one thing. I’m just finding out at Purely Digital bank that they haven’t been processing the trial deposits from the external banks I want to link, so I can’t make any significant withdrawals.

@atikovi
Usually not a problem, but I’m trying to move money from Salem Five (5k/20k limits) to Republic Bank Chicago (2.5k/10k limits) so push or pull is no good.
One alternative is the pull money from Salem Five using Bask (no limits), then push into Republic. Hate to use/abuse Bask doing that.,

I’ve done that. How is that abuse?

I would prefer not to do it.
If I did it a few times it would be acceptable (use),
but rather not move in/out too frequently (abuse)
Just my opinion.

Agree, $10k > $0, but still almost useless.
