We just addressed ‘spam/junk’ posts on HD. It’s ok if a few people create numerous threads if they are all worthy and hot deals, but posting for the sake of posting is a huge eye sore/clutter, agreed.

I recycled on 1/12, no checky. Just did a chat, now they are telling me the Jan ink will be paid out on 3/10 with the Feb ink. That’s ok by me as it will extend the expiration on the Feb checks, and I still have a $40 I need to burn by 2/28.
Did anyone get them ‘manually’ issued right away? Just want to be sure I’m being told accurate info by chat c/s agent.

They issue what’s due when its due. The Bonus wasn’t credited and unless they credit it I’d never see it. So I asked for a supervisor. Supervisors are US based. Received my missing Rewards by email within 24 hrs.

Your situation is different from mine in that mine wasn’t showing up. Your statement shows that they know they owe you the $40. My situation was that the statement showed I was due $0 Rewards when I was due $35 (or whatever it was).
LESSON LEARNED: Do not use Rewards and real money to buy ink if you are expecting a bonus (e.g. 40% back wyb ink). I was using e.g. $80 Rewards and $80 on cc to meet the $75 for 40% back. Each time I received $0 back and had to call to explain that I’d paid $80 on cc and was due 40% back on that amount. Now I do 2 separate transactions: one with Rewards and another with cc.

I never go by that ‘earned statement’, anyway for ink, it’s reflecting if you’ve recycled for Feb. now, not January. There’s simply no check issued for the Jan ink rewards, and yes, in my purchase history it shows bringing in 40 on 1/12 and earning $40. I’m not due to buy my next 6 months of ink until mid April.

yes, the rewards get prorated against the cartridges and can really mess you up on a new rewards promotion. Had it happen to me a couple of years ago, lesson learned. DO NOT COMBINE oop with rewards when trying to earn new rewards.
