Went to B&M last night to use up some expiring rewards. I was very please to find a $10/20 in store coupon popped out w/my receipt, valid until Jan sometime (forget exact date).
Be on the look out if you buy anything instore.

I got the same coupon when using some of my expiring rewards. It was a nice gift as the $20 spending requirement can be met by using rewards, so in essence just a free $10. It has a fairly long validity. My coupon doesn’t expire until January 2, 2021.

Exactly. That’s a nice way to put it. It adds $10 on to the rewards. I did a second transaction last night too but no new coupon popped out, but who knows maybe another will pop out sometime during the month. I am really becoming a fan of pricematching both at Office Depot and at Staples. I bought a Monopoly board game and an Etch-A-Sketch and I pricematched both with Target who was selling both of them $5 cheaper than they wanted at Staples.

I bought ink last night using a 50% back in Rewards on Ink q. Coupons for printing services, shipping and something else equally useless.

These have been issued for a long time. No way to predict what would trigger such coupon. I recycled cartridges (no purchase) on 11/21 and received a coupon valid until 11/28.

Yeah, but it had been a long time since I got one myself. Given people have been picking up orders from online, good reminder to check the coupons that print out. They are junk so often that I throw them out, was nice to get a good Q for once!

I call this playing the coupon lottery. I make a $0.46 purchase every time I stop at a staples. I have several sub accounts on my rewards and a separate rewards bar code for each one. You can set these up on your rewards profile. (one for each of my kids) . I average 4 of these coupons per month in the last year. BTW Pink Donut Popsockets(phone holder) are $0.46 SKU 2735111

Right, I"m just saying if you recycle ink or buy something sold only in the store. In other words, you just happen to be there. I’m a big fan of doing kiosk orders, especially with a larger rewards check like $80.
Online from home, you have to use the whole $80 at once, however, w/a Kiosk order, I can order $30 worth of stuff and get back a $50 balance coupon to save or spend on another order. This time of year I use the kiosk to ship stuff to family members because everyone wants household supplies as a christmas present!!
PS: You accomplish getting the balance coupon by choosing “PAY AT REGISTER”, two receipts print out, one for you and one for the cashier. You hand that in and pay with rewards, you get a physical register receipt which prints out the balance Q and that’s when I got my $10/20 as well.

I like that idea. Nothing really to lose, but $10 (or more) to gain. I think I will recycle 5 carts today and then every week for the next few weeks recycle 5 more until I hit 20.

I CAN’T buy any more laundry detergent. It lines my bathroom. Any guests that come over ask why I have so much detergent. I have whittled it away to about 25 bottles now, plus plenty of bags of pods. We are having a run on paper goods in my state again. Lots of empty shelves. I only saw a couple packs of perk brand tp and pt yesterday and I have a good stack of that stuff. They actually were out of most cleaning items anyway.
I am going to try to send paper goods to my brother in NY using the December expiring rewards and save the in-store coupon for later in the month. I didn’t even see the popcorn tins that usually line the front of the store. We have 2 stores in Lexington, maybe I will try the other one.

I hear you. I used rewards last year and bought about a dozen canisters during the Christmas clearance. It is good stuff.
