Someone on SD found an ebay link to the coupon and it DOES NOT exclude electronics. You may not know for sure, though, until Wednesday at 8AM PT.

Those were the excluded categories from the last 15% off $25 Site-Wide sale on July 11th, @jbw; however, that sale came a day after a 10% off $25 on all Tech sale, which is likely why the list was so long.
Looking back at the 10 site-wide sales prior to Jul 11:
- 15% off $25 on Jun 29,
- 20% off $50 on Jun 06,
- 15% off $50 on May 04,
- 15% off $50 via App on Apr 26,
- 15% off $50 via App on Mar 30,
- 15% off $25 on Mar 27,
- 15% off $25 on Mar 20,
- 20% off $25 on Mar 09,
- $15 off $75 via App on Mar 03, and
- $15 off $75 via App on Dec 23
eBay only excluded warranties and protection plans and

I’ve heard it argued here and on other sites that the seller is paid the full amount and that eBay eats the 15%. Well not so according to the PayPal accounting for part of my order:

Since I have never sold an item during one of these promotions, I can’t verify the PayPal statement but “Payment to seller” was bolded in the email to me and it sure looks to me like the seller takes the hit.?
