It likely doesn’t, but I am plus and it has the ‘plus’ notation by it so I have no way to know if it’s for non plus at posting time. Have to put YMMV for non in future to play it safe.

I am a Prime member and I got the same deal, so being a PLUS member is not required. They call this deal a BUSINESS EXCLUSIVE and I notice the Mastercard product has combined ratings (40 people rating) of ONE star in the reviews.

@MrVietnam see how old those reviews are. those may be related to the one time problem of these cards being drained. It’s likely safest to do in store pick up for the deal so you can verify the card is activated at the store, rather than dealing with a mailed card with issues.

@mistercheap I can’t remember if MC gc from dot com are sold by Staples or by 3rd party. I know the other gc were sold by 3rd party but that may have changed with new owners.

These are sold by Staples as far as what appears on your CC. you’ll notice, you have the option of store pick up, which definitely means it is sold by Staples. Third party stuff wouldn’t have that option.
