@yoregano This happened to me last month and unfortunately I didn’t get any rewards. Have to enroll each time this month as well so not holding my breath.

That would be frustrating and disappointing. It shouldn’t be like this. I know it the enroll button was not like this last month for me. I noticed in a thread on the “slick” site that others are mentioning this issue. There’s certainly something not working quite right with this.

Every time I watched a movie I clicked on the “enroll now” button. What they should do is when you click on it the first time it should say you are enrolled whenever you go back to click a second or third time, but for me it didn’t, so I clicked on it before I watched each movie. I hope you didn’t get hosed, but if you live in my parts maybe you would have enjoyed a good hosing as it is going to get up to 110 degrees here this weekend.

It remains hard to figure out the rhyme or reason the way ebay gives offers. My 19-year-old account didn’t get this, and hardly ever does get offers in general.

DRAT! I overslept. I didn’t start streaming until 4 am PT. It may be too late, but I will just continue to let it play in the background for the 8 hours and hope for a miracle.

I didn’t complete the minimum hours for August until a few days in, and still got both credits. We’ll see what happens this month.

Anyone know how this price compares to Costco?

But that’s just it, I didn’t add it. I simply went to the main offer page to verify it was there. Yes, once you attempt to redeem the offer, then a 15-minute timer starts to use it before it expires.

In December (and typically every year at the holidays) they run good promotions. I got $80 worth of GC’s for $50 and I’m still working of those as I only buy the $1-$2 specials typically with my GC. If they run that again in 2020, that would be my advice, load up as the GC’s never expire.

Yes, holiday deals are usually the best value. But you have to act fast. Last year’s offer sold out within a couple days.

Tip: I have begun buying discounted DD gift cards at cardcash.com. Extrabux.com has a 1% discount. Most cards are currently at an 8%-ish discount. Despite the site’s disclaimer that you cannot add these cards to your DD account online, that is bogus. You certainly can, and then you can merge the funds to your existing DD card, effectively removing any risk of your new card being used fraudulently. The only gripe I have with cardcash is they don’t seem to accept Visa/MC e-cards (the kind you might get as a rebate or, in my case, by redeeming SwagBucks), ones with short expiration dates.

If anyone knows of a better deal on DD cards, please share.

I got a Whooper for $1 two weeks ago. I saw this thread and it prompted me to check again. The offer showed up in my app. Great. But then when I went to get it later in the day, the offer was no longer there. Anyone else use this offer more than once?

I know for Netflix cards from past deals that $15 is the minimum.

For similar deals that they’ve done in the past, Netflix cards were included, which is what I usually got. Maybe they dropped them from the deal due to the well-known issues with Netflix cards being hacked if they are not redeemed right away.

I got my $15 card today. I initially had some issues; the rebate house sent me an automated message a couple weeks ago that my receipt was unacceptable as it didn’t show confirmation of shipment, even though it did. As of last week, things still seemed to be unresolved, so it was a nice surprise for it to show up today.
Minor issue, for some reason, I couldn’t activate my card via the website. It wouldn’t accept my zip code. But it worked when I called the phone number instead.

Two donut holes are 99c, you’re much better off with the bagel IMO. As I mentioned, last week, I just took it home and used it to make a sandwich the next day. Their bagels are pretty good actually, nice size too.

Hmm, for me, ordering through the app at least, munchkins are available only in 5-count increments, $1.59 to start. Maybe you can order singles in-store at the counter. I’ll have to check next time I go in.

PLAIN (untoasted) BAGEL, not w/any butter or cream cheese on it is 99c or should be. you have to specify a plain bagel and what kind you want. ie, everything, onion, etc.

Nope, I checked again, for me in the Chicago burbs, a plain bagel with no modifiers is still $1.99. Go figure.

I got the Cheetos credit a day after completing 5 hours. Yeah, we’ll see about ever getting the video credit if only 1,000 per month are available.

See if you if you got a bonus offer via email (if you have a Perks rewards account). I got an offer for 100 points with two purchases made between August 4-10. My wife got 50 points instead of 100. (200 points is worth a free drink of any kind and size.)

No, there are plenty available for ship-to-home, just not ship-to-store.

This is a good deal and still valid. I had to contact customer service via chat, as I never received the email about the credit for a future purchase, and got the $10 promo credit manually applied. The end result for me was two pairs of cargo shorts and a 3-pack of dress socks for a net of about $15.

Walgreens must have figured this out and killed the deal. I can’t find any varieties that ship to store, so this is dead unless one can replicate it with an in-store purchase.

I got an email after complaining to TB about the free Chalupa Box fiasco. (I was one of many that didn’t get it because the app and website were non-functional the whole day of the giveaway.) After sending a complaint on Twitter, they sent me a unique link. After clicking the link and entering my email, a few days later I got an email with info about the the rewards program and also containing a “sorry” message about the Chalupa promo. It is in clicking the link in the email that then opened the TB app and loaded the free Doritos Loco taco to my account.

A free taco isn’t quite a comparable make-up for a $5 chalupa box, but at least it’s something.

Hmm, I didn’t know that. I entered it in my rebate submission, but it shouldn’t matter anyway. I did get six of the Secret deodorants which makes up the bulk of the requirement along with several other items to go well past $50+.

Finally got my whole order, but it was shipped from 5 different places. My gripe: the confirmation said I should get approximately 53k BR points, but in the end, I only got 48k points. Since the initial order process doesn’t clearly show what the points breakdown is, I don’t know how to account what happened to the other 5k points.

There’s a limit or targeted availability or something for some of these coupons, because I’ve tried to find them and the $4 Old Spice and $4 Secret simply are not showing for me no matter where I look for them.

Something’s not adding up quite right for me. I’m only showing $17 in mfr coupons on my order. The $4 Old Spice and $4 Secret are not showing up for me, only the $5 Secret/Old Spice is. And the Crest toothpaste is not showing as being part of the $15 off $50 rebate.

I’m seeing the $4 TCB bonus is good through today: Simply make your qualifying purchase before 7/6/2020 11:59:59 PM, and the bonus will be added to your account.

I complained to TB on Twitter (per their suggestion as they acknowledged the problems on the day of the offer) and they sent me a personalized link to enter my email and I will supposedly be receiving something soon to make up for not being able to place an order on 6/30.

I got my check today too. I wasn’t expecting to get my diploma back at the same time. I don’t think they are finished with those yet. I haven’t seen any official announcement about those.

Not surprised that things might be taking a while, but they shouldn’t have specified a timeframe in the email if they weren’t even going to come close. Now five weeks and counting.

(They have acknowledged the delay on social media—I’m sure the check will come eventually.)

My issue with TCB has always been how long they take to pay out.
I just checked my Dashboard and found that it takes 19 wks before money is available for purchases made at Petco. That’s ridiculous.

Even the 8 wks for most other merchants is longer than any other portal I use.

TCB payment going smoothly is the exception to the rule, whether it’s a failure to track, or not paying in their stated time frame, I used to always try to do these weekend bonuses they run throughout the year, but I have been burned by them too many times, that I now pretty much ignore it.

That’s an unfair exaggeration, saying it’s an exception. I’ve had very few purchases that didn’t track properly or were not ultimately resolved at least with TCB. I find issues tend to be store-specific, more than with the cash-back site I use. Ebay, for example, is an a**hole of a store that has too many instances of not tracking right and most cash-back sites I use state they can’t/won’t launch an inquiry when that happens.
