I know KFR usually staggers these emails and subject lines can be different, but whatever the case, I still have not received this email.

That’s not how it works, though, unless you’ve had an exceptional result. In my experience, the first submission of a rebate redeems it and removes it, regardless of the quantity submitted. Sometimes, the offer will return a few days later, but not necessarily. Perhaps you are thinking of Checkout 51. I think those offers can have multiple submissions up to the stated limit.
So in other words, if one had already signed up for text offers from a previous offer, they aren’t going to be able to use the code they get from this one?
No auto-linking issues or such on this forum, You can just say Walmart here. 
Grrr. Yet another product not available near me. “Regular” Fabuloso cleaners are carried, but not complete AP cleaner.
I don’t have many gripes about Ibotta. Their customer service and offers tend to be pretty good, but 50% or so of these free-after-rebate items tend not to be carried at stores near me or are new items that, by the time they finally do come to store, the rebate is long gone.
Not YMMV, but new accounts only. Subject line should be changed to reflect this.
