Got notification that a package is coming via USPS. No one at my house has ordered anything online, so I’m guessing that the mailing materials for my diploma are on the way!

I finally got around to factchecking this as the first thing I thought was that this would be a great way for scammer crooks to get a big pile of various diplomas to duplicate the designs from the originals for people to claim in their resumes that they graduated from some college or other. But I see it is legitimate. Good luck to those who got in on it.

I got a “Second Reminder” e-mail from them today to send my diploma to them. However, I have not received the envelopes from them to send my diploma to them.

Same with me for the “Second Reminder,” and same on still not having received mailing materials.
Perhaps the company is just slow in the processing of this thing. Wait and see. At least nothing lost on our end.

Just received the envelope today. It’s impossible to miss - it’s huge, it’s rigid and has a big Natural Light logo on it.
Now to see if they deliver my C-note

Finally got my mailer on Saturday. Included info sheet says there is a limit on the number of $100 payouts, but doesn’t specify details, and adds that they will return your diploma whether they use it or not.

This is the first mention I saw regarding a limit. I wonder how many envelopes they sent in the first place.

given the Pandemic, all rebate timelines are out the window right now that are processed by humans manually.

Not surprised that things might be taking a while, but they shouldn’t have specified a timeframe in the email if they weren’t even going to come close. Now five weeks and counting.
(They have acknowledged the delay on social media—I’m sure the check will come eventually.)

I got my check today too. I wasn’t expecting to get my diploma back at the same time. I don’t think they are finished with those yet. I haven’t seen any official announcement about those.

The check cleared, so I’m happy to wait to find out why they wanted the diplomas. Who can fathom the minds of marketers and advertising pros?

We had something brewing up with your diploma for later this year, but due to the pandemic, we’ll need to hold onto your diploma a bit longer than expected so we can still make our big reveal! We’ll return it in early 2021 and promise it will be in good hands until then.
Should you be moving to a new address between now and early 2021, please click here to provide us with your new address so we can make sure your diploma is returned to the right spot."

"Remember that diploma we rented from you in 2020 as part of the Natural Light College Debt Relief Program? It’s been kept safe and we’ll be revealing what we’ve been brewing up on January 14th, so mark your calendars and follow @naturallight on Twitter and Facebook or @naturallightbeer on Instagram.
What we have in-store will only be on display for a limited time and then we’ll be shipping your diploma back to you by the end of March in the same way in which it was received. Please confirm your return address here.
