Answering my own question, but it says the limit is 2 per person/e-mail address.

OK, fair enough, but if you can’t combine them, at least you can get one more for free.

Yesterday I noticed there is also a $49 back American Express offer when you get Walmart plus, but unfortunately I don’t think the two are stackable because the American Express offer says spend $98 get $49 back.
