Well, I lucked out. After my first receipt went into a black hole so to speak and never got processed, I decided to scan and submit the same receipt a second time and see if I would have better luck and that one would get processed. A few days ago they gave me a $5 virtual Visa card and then again today they gave me another $5 virtual Visa for the same receipt.

You may also be able to use manufacturer coupons if you have any if the discount is due to a store coupon. The last time they had the cereal 5x Saturday deal I was able to use manufacturer coupons because the discount was listed as “store coupon.” This time around it just prints “eCPN ketchup” and “eCPN mayo” on the receipt, so I am not sure what kind of a discount it is attributed to.

There was a Kraft mayo coupon in the 5/13 SS and there is due to be another in tomorrow’s (6/17 SS) if you can still find any stock tomorrow that is.

Also of note, you can download a digital coupon (valid Saturday and Sunday) that will get you a 99 cent bottle of 38 oz Heinz ketchup and/or 99 cent regular size bottles of Kraft mayo. Good price to stock up the pantry. The coupon can be used 5 times per Kroger account.

Looks like they have fixed the issue on both fronts: receipts not being processed and the same items not counting more than once. I just logged into my account and it said I have 5 participating products and it let me cash out for a $5 virtual Visa card, so it looks like more frozen veggies here I come. Can anyone think of any better scenarios than getting $1 frozen veggies? The vietual Visa card I printed today has an expiration date of 7/31/18.

Remember if submitting online they need both a scan of your receipt and the UPC. When you attach an attachment it says it wants you to submit your receipt, but you also should include the UPC on that same image as after you submit the receipt they don’t have another submission for the UPC. Luckily I scanned the receipt and UPC number together, so it should be fine.
